Parkcrest staff are very professional and helpful. From checking in, x-rays, cleaning and exam, everyone made me feel important and respected. My hygienist, Karen, did a great job cleaning my teeth and ensuring all of my questions were answered. Great dental group who takes pride in quality dental care.

Dr. Sponenberg is a wonderful dentist and even today fixed a gold crown that fell off last night. He has been great over the years and I hope he will continue to be my dentist for many years into the future.

I had the best experience I have ever had at a dental office here! Everyone is so sweet from the second you walk in the door. They are upfront about their pricing and they explained everything to me before they did anything. I am so happy I found them and I cannot see myself going anywhere else now.

I'm very hesitant to leave a review at all but I feel it is necessary to do so. To start i didn't get to choose which dentist id perfer so I understand new patients may get who is available. From the beginning Dr. Dunton has no bed side manner and I felt did not listen to my concerns as work was being done. There is so much to say here but when I called to discuss what I wanted to go ahead with she said very rudely I don't think u know how it works around here so basically I had no choice but to go with her treatment plan not what I felt like needed addressed. Two root canals later and one filling done with sedation (8k later) im just stunned at the cost u have to pay at no insurance. So the reason I asked for sedation was mostly because of the drill and needle that r used.my nerves r so shot by the time it's done I never want to go back and this always leaves me with a bad dentist experience. upon follow up appointment to get caps put on dr. Dunton pulls out the drill and without a 2nd thought or her asking if I can handle this without sedation she just says u won't feel a thing. I spent over 1k on sedation to not feel the drill at all, does she have no consideration to what I go thru when I sit in that chair I did feel it and not to mention they couldn't get the cement out from the temporararies I felt like she was pulling so hard she didn't care if she yanked my tooth out. My front tooth is very sore still after that. also to add she dropped the tool twice when she was pulling out the cement,dropped it onto my bottom teeth and never apologized either time. As far as I can tell no damage on my bottom teeth from the drop but it is a heavy tool. I'm also hesitant to share my sedation experience I think she did sort of ask about that but u know they don't have time for a ten min long winded answer but just how I felt the weeks after sedation I won't be using western anesthesia either. Can I just say telling clients to take ibprophen for the pain every three hours and not giving u a time frame is not good communication not to mention over long periods of time ibprophen is not good on the stomach and I think I was having side affects from just one week of their recommendation for ibprophen as pain killer id rather do hydrocodone any day over how I felt after a week not to mention the nose bleeds I was having not sure if due to hoses in my nose and throat during sedation or from too much ibprophen but as I stopped ibpriphen nose bleeds slowed down. So just because they recommend something over the counter for pain doesn't mean u should take it for long periods of time. I'm only giving 2 star because the work is done and I didn't walk away mad with unfinished work however if I have no choice but to use park crest dental again I will b requesting any other dentist but after her not caring how I felt about using the drill and not having the option of sedation again it's just another bad experience. No communication in that period of time from surgery to follow up to let me know there is a chance the drill will be used im sorry but bedside manner still means something to me and usually determines how I feel about the service over all. Additional: I am entitled to my opinion as it is the experience I had. U do not need to discuss my review with me by phone or anywhere else. Do not undermine my experience just because u did not act interested in me as a person only as a bill of sale. Additional Additional: Since writing this review I have been harassed by phone and now a termination letter in the mail and I wanted to make note that my name was no where on this review so ur going way out of ur way here 1st of all...2nd I think my review pretty much stated I wasn't in need of ur services any longer if ever and 3rd as ur letter indicated a break of trust in this relationship there was never trust here. When the dentist won't listen to ur needs I think no trust has yet been established. I'm not too concerned. ur letter was unecessary and I won't be recommending this facility to anyone.
