Innovative Dental of Springfield

This was one of the greatest experiences of my life being able to get my smile, transformed and one single day at Innovative Dental. I received dental implants, replacing years of damage and challenges that were affecting my overall health Now I have so much more energy and feel like a new man. I think I even look younger. ;). This place is awesome! The people are awesome! From The very beginning when I arrived, they were very professional and courteous. The Dr's assistant was extremely helpful very pleasant throughout the information gathering part of my visit. Of course the milkshake and cookie certainly helped ease whatever anxiety I had. When the doctor came and visited with me, she was extremely knowledgeable, kind, sincere, and suggested what I wanted and how we could proceed. What a great attitude this whole place has. Besides being such a wonderful building, I'm definitely coming back.

Very caring and compassionate staff and Doctors. Definitely recommend going here if you need an Orthodontist! My daughter needed braces to correct her teeth and they got them corrected and were always super nice and inviting. Very quick service as well! Can’t say enough! Definitely would recommend this office anytime!

Innovative Dental hands down is not like any other dental clinic I have been too. From entering the building with a big beautiful smile from a staff member checking me in and giving me a very cool gift, then leading me to the most relaxing area to wait to be seen. Incredible! All you see are smiles from the staff walking around saying hi! I was so impressed. This facility was so clean and just so absolutely gorgeous. I was so relaxed that I possibly might’ve taken a couple minute nap. 🤭 Boy what can I say about Dr Downs and Hannah, two of the most genuine, caring and sweet people you will ever meet. When talking to them, I truly felt like I had known them for so long. We laughed so much, they treated me so kind and they explained everything I was going to be getting done so clearly. Hannah, made my next appointment right there in my room I was so impressed. Finished everything and getting ready to head out, Hannah asked would you like something to drink. Hannah came back with the cutest face on my Carmel macchiato latte. Oh did I mention a relaxing 10 min massage after my appointment…what!! Yes and to be honest I think I took another nap 😊. A HUGE Thank you to Dr Downs, Hannah and all the friendly staff members.

This was hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had. After avoiding the dentist for 6 years due to bad experiences, I decided it was about time to try again. So, from a friend and several family recommendations, I decided on Innovative. I finally felt listened to, cared for, and respected. The team was incredibly kind and patient, they explained everything clearly and even identified an issue that no other dentist had ever mentioned, something big that had bothered me for years. They gave me their advice and let me know the process of each recommended procedure without pushing me into it. They itemized and showed me all the information I needed before I made my decision. Shoutout to Hannah, Kayla, Emily, and Dr. Downs — they were amazing, and so were the rest of the staff. Even my family member (who was just waiting for me!) was treated with kindness and had all her questions answered. They truly go above and beyond. If you're nervous about going to the dentist, this is the place to go. I’m genuinely so grateful I found them.
