Innovative Dental of Springfield

New patient appointment is legit, you feel like a red carpet is being rolled out for you! Everyone is friendly and seems to be happy to be at work. The physical space is beautiful and helps to diminish any dental anxiety one may have. You can tell they take pride in having modern equipment and tools. The view from the exam room was amazing. And I cannot deny being offered an iced latte at the dentist wasn’t the coolest ever. Clear communication and pricing transparency for anything not 100% covered by insurance. Gentle hands, friendly vibes, spunky tunes. I left in an upbeat mood!

I would 100% highly recommend Innovative Dental. I was so incredibly pleased and put at ease immediately, even from my very first visit. The entire staff has made me feel so comfortable both before during and after. Each visit was both professional and personal. Even the entire procedure for getting my new implants was better than I could have possibly imagined. The thing that completely blew my mind was how quickly Dr Olsen and his staff completed the implants and that same day I did leave with teeth but most of all, I had zero pain. I seriously had no pain at all, not during the procedure, the healing or any day since then. I am totally and perfectly pleased and so glad I made the decision to go to Innovative Dental.

Sierra, Jackie, and Callie were absolutely amazing today. not only was i immediately greeted and given a gift but they went out of their way to help me get a chai latte from their machine. but in between my two appointments today i was allowed to go and sit in a MASSAGE CHAIR. I loved it here and will be recommending this place to everyone. i’ve never felt more comfortable at a dentist and with clean feeling teeth as well of course!!(also look at the view of that courtyard!!)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Innovative Dental! Unfortunately, I needed a crown. But they made the entire process comfortable and pain-free! The office has a really cool, relaxing, and welcoming atmosphere! And they even offer lattes! Megan, Emilie, and Jennifer were awesome assistants! Dr. Downs was extremely personable and professional! Made an unfortunate situation enjoyable! Everyone was friendly, caring, and made sure I felt at ease throughout my visit. I highly recommend Innovative Dental!

Everyone in the office was very nice and accommodating. I would like to say how impressed I was with Madi. She went above and below assisting me. Was patient and kind. I have a physical disability and her attitude towards me was very welcoming and accepting. I would one day down the road, Lord willing, be able to have my teeth done. The cost was a lot more than I had ever realized. Maybe a miracle will occur! I definitely would be seeing you guys. The dentist is spoke with was kind and very knowledgeable. Thank you.
