My husband had a terrible time with his teeth. It was always infection after infection. Hated smiling and just couldn’t wait to be pain free. We met with Dr. O and it was the best experience. Surgery day went smoothly and he walked out with a new set of teeth. We could not be more grateful for the work that Dr. O and his team has done! We recommend Innovative Dental to everyone we see!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Innovative Dental! Unfortunately, I needed a crown. But they made the entire process comfortable and pain-free! The office has a really cool, relaxing, and welcoming atmosphere! And they even offer lattes! Megan, Emilie, and Jennifer were awesome assistants! Dr. Downs was extremely personable and professional! Made an unfortunate situation enjoyable! Everyone was friendly, caring, and made sure I felt at ease throughout my visit. I highly recommend Innovative Dental!

Innovative Dental is excellent! My entire experience as a new patient was smooth and transparent, and every staff member was capable and kind. I sought a second opinion from Innovative Dental after an out-of-network dentist recommended an expensive and lengthy procedure. Hannah answered my questions thoughtfully during check-in, and she made sure I was comfortable and aware of every step of the process. Dr. Cook was personable and eased all of my concerns, and when I went back for my cleaning Charlotte was great! Also the campus is BEAUTIFUL! Thanks for everything!!

Their communication, in and outside of the office, have been top notch & greatly appreciated. Thank you all so much! I'm excited to have gotten this done and can't wait to see the final outcome! I can't tell you how amazing it's been not to have to deal with a bottom plate and keeping it "glued" in!!! Dr. O, Cara, Danika and the whole staff have been wonderful! I would highly recommend Innovative Dental to everyone that is thinking about implants! They make you feel so comfortable with everything and don’t pressure you! Beautiful facility and amazing customer service!!
