⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From the moment I walked into iTooth Dentistry, I felt incredibly welcomed. The entire team made me feel comfortable and at ease. A special shoutout to Whitney, who went above and beyond with her warmth, kindness and professionalism — she made the experience truly outstanding. Sherry was also wonderful, attentive, and took outstanding care of me. The doctor was excellent — professional yet conversational, which made the appointment feel personal and relaxed. I am reaching out regarding a phone call I had today while trying to schedule an appointment due to significant pain with a dental bridge. Your office is listed as an emergency provider through my insurance, so I called hoping to be seen or at least receive guidance on where I could go for urgent care. Danielle answered the phone. During the call, I explained I was confused because while out of town I was able to find same-day care, but locally I was struggling to get help. I never raised my voice — the call is recorded — however I was clearly in pain and emotional. Before I could finish asking my question, she interrupted me and stated, “I am not going to sit here and argue with you, I will not go against policy,” and then hung up on me. I was not arguing; I was simply asking for direction and help while in pain. I would like to speak with the office manager, Monic, or another supervisor, and I respectfully request that the call be reviewed. I have never been spoken to this way by a medical office. I was actually looking forward to establishing care with your practice because of your great reviews, but this interaction was very upsetting. I fully understand policies must be followed, however patients should still be treated respectfully especially when they are in distress and seeking guidance. My first visit as a new patient was such a positive experience! The minute I walked into the modern beautiful building, I was greeted by such positive women!! My wait was extremely short when I was met by a 100% professional hygienist named Andrea! WE CLICKED!!!!! Dr. Robbins was wonderful and did not "push" cosmetic options to me. This place is 💯 in my book THEN....the dogs❤️❤️💯💯 Im actually looking forward to my next appointment in 6 months😆

They were great! Everyone there was so kind, helpful and good at keeping you at ease. I haven’t always had a good experience at dentists in the past but they have such great staff! Highly recommend! Andrea was great!

I had a wonderful visit at itooth today as I always do. I was seen quickly, and the hygienist told me everything she was doing. Then Dr Robbins came in and did my exam and talked to me about things to keep an eye on. The hygienist then did a great job cleaning my teeth. I was back at work in a reasonable time. I definitely recommend itooth to all my friends.
