WORST place. Front desk staff was abrasive when insurance questions were asked. I was basically told I should’ve known better and know my actual insurance policy when I was confused over a bill when I was told it would be covered. Now, I get that it is my insurance, but I had not been to the dentist in almost 7 years and have high anxiety with going to the dentist and didn’t realized that my insurance did not run from year to year and was May to May I believe, so I was responsible for my bill for my second cleaning, which at the end of the day would be my responsibility to know with my insurance, however staff was misleading and rude over the phone. Another thing, my first initial visit was fine and a female dentist I believe was very kind and I expressed some cosmetic dental concerns to her and everything was fine then. On my second visit around 6 months later, I got my cleaning done and then a male dentist came in and just said “So when are we scheduling you to get your teeth fixed, come on let’s get it scheduled”. I felt as though my cosmetic dental concerns were something that needed to get fixed with his wording and just felt rude. He then began saying well last time we spoke you seemed to really want to get work done so we can get that scheduled up”. This comment made me confused as I had never seen him before and had only spoken to females from my previous visit. It gave a taste of they don’t really care or even know who they have spoken to before. It just felt super weird and uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this place due to these multiple conversations, especially if you are looking for a genuine, caring clinic. (This happened over a year ago, but felt the need to leave a review now so others don’t come here and have a horrible experience.)

I've seen my fair share of dentists over the years, and I truly feel like I've finally found the perfect one. Not only is the dentist exceptional at what he does, but he also takes the time to explain what's going on and makes sure you're comfortable every step of the way. I never feel rushed, and I'm never surprised by a large bill at the end of an appointment. Everyone is incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment you walk through the door. I struggle with severe dry mouth issues and have tried just about everything. For the first time, I didn't feel judged or scolded about the condition of my teeth. I visit every six months and do everything I can to care for them, but some things are simply beyond my control. It was refreshing to be treated with understanding rather than criticism. One thing I really appreciate is how transparent they are about treatment plans and costs. They take the time to explain your options, help you prioritize treatments if needed, and provide cost estimates upfront so there are no surprises. The billing staff is wonderful and can help you find payment options that work within your budget. It's reassuring to know all your choices before making a decision. I've never been a fan of going to the dentist, and I certainly don't enjoy spending thousands of dollars on dental work. However, with iTooth, I finally feel like I'm in control of my dental health. They work with me to create a realistic plan that balances healthy teeth, financial considerations, and peace of mind. I highly recommend checking them out for yourself. Their beautiful new office is stunning, and you'll probably be greeted by two adorable furry coworkers making their rounds and keeping an eye on things!

Very state of the art equipment. Very clean environment. The technicians were extremely pleasant & knowledgable; explained the procedures well. Dr. Robbin's was equally personable & friendly. First time in my life to have a manual exam of my throat & head to check for cancer. I truly enjoyed my first visit!

If you are interested in state of the art dental care then this is the place for you. Extremely friendly and competent staff. And did I mention fresh baked cookies as well. Highly recommend iTooth!

Welcoming, clean and inviting.Cutting edge building and technology. Great customer service and interactions with all members of staff. Laken was terrific and thorough with me. Dr/Dentist was helpful, informative, kind, and she helped me see a clear picture for my future care. Finance dept helped me understand and utilize my benefits fully. I hadn't been to the dentist for 25 years, and they made me feel 100% comfortable. Thanks 👍💪
