I’ve had an excellent experience with Lakes Orthodontics and Dr. Wang. From the very first appointment, the entire team made me feel comfortable and well‑informed. Dr. Wang is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. She explains every step clearly and makes sure you understand your treatment plan and progress. The office runs smoothly, appointments are always on time, and the staff is consistently warm and welcoming. I’ve always felt genuinely cared for, not rushed. Dr. Wang’s attention to detail and commitment to great results really shows. I love the staff and facility both are very welcoming and calm and clean. Maddie I just love her as the first person of contact she is in the right position because her vibe and spirit is awesome. Wendy is the best she is so amazing I love how she tells you what she is doing each step of way and I just love that she talks to you and have conversation while working on you or your child. She definitely a vibe. Of course Dr. Wang is just all around amazing from the day you meet her and she seems to treat her staff very nice I am one to believe that how you treat your staff thats how they will treat your clients because it always starts at the top and flows down.
