Every appointment is filled with nothing but heartfelt conversations and laughter. I just recently had a great appointment with Nancy, she’s the sweetest and so funny to get along with them. My overall experience is great with all the workers with them being such understanding and caring people! Definitely a place to start with !!!

Overall great experiences going here. Izzy is really nice and always very friendly and Mohammed as well. Good vibes, everything went quickly, and I never have to wait a long to get seen. 10/10 experience everyone should go here to get their braces and stuff.

I cannot recommend Great River Orthodontics enough! From the very first consultation to the day my braces came off, every step of the process was smooth, professional, and truly personalized. The entire team is welcoming, kind, and always makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. Two wonderful female doctors have an incredible eye for detail and genuinely care about their patients. They took the time to explain every step of my treatment plan, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I always felt confident about the process. What stood out most was how much they listened, my comfort and my smile goals were always their top priority. The office itself is always spotless and runs so efficiently. I never had to wait long for appointments. The staff are friendly, supportive, and always greet you with a smile. They even made the “tough” moments of braces feel easy with their encouragement and reassurance. Now that my treatment is complete, I couldn’t be happier with my results. My smile looks better than I ever imagined, and I’m so grateful to those two doctors and the entire team for their expertise and care. If you’re looking for an orthodontist who is not only skilled but also compassionate and dedicated, this is the place to go!

I am writing my final review and I honestly still am not in love with how my teeth turned out, even after refinement with Invisalign. I went through 3 different orthodontists during my time here, within 3 consecutive years. It made me felt unheard to the point where I just wanted it to be over. I still have concerns about my final look. It felt rushed and I was referred back to my primary dentist for additional work. I will not return as a patient. Good luck to all!
