I can't recommend Dr. Bates and his team highly enough! I've been coming here for nearly three years, finished my braces 2 years ago and have been on my retainers and the results have been absolutely fantastic. Dr. Bates is exceptional at what he does. He's always kind and takes the time to explain everything in detail. The support staff and assistants are equally amazing. Every time I visit, they greet me warmly, make sure I'm comfortable, and handle all the prep work with such care before Dr. Bates comes in for the main adjustments. I know the front desk staff can sometimes receive mixed reviews, but the front desk lady here has been nothing short of wonderful! She's always friendly, welcoming, and even takes a moment to chat with me about our shared interests while I check in or wait. If you're looking for top-notch orthodontic care in Minneapolis from a team that genuinely cares about their patients, this is definitely the place to go! 💯

Dr. Bates is an amazing Orthontist! Staff is very friendly and supportive. They are understanding and step up to support community when needed. Highly recommend ! Not only do they help you with your braces but they create space and time to get to know you and support you. Am very grateful to everyone in this office and especially to Dr. Bates with his support during these times. Much love and respect! Highly recommend.

Dr Bates is a very honest person. I was told by another orthodontist that I'd have to remove teeth but he said it wasnt necessary. he also continuously asked me if im happy with my teeth progress and his staff are all very kind and polite:) I feel like my teeth are so perfect now that they almost appear fake. its actually unreal!!
