I recently had my first appointment here after moving to Minneapolis from the East Coast. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and checked in quickly. My hygienist, Kristen, was SO friendly and helpful. I have a background of dental anxiety, so it was refreshing to visit a new practice in a new city and feel immediately at ease. Dr. Herbert came in after my cleaning to review my X-rays and talk through next steps, and I really appreciated how clearly she explained everything. I can't say enough nice things about this place. Yes, they are competent and caring - bare minimum when choosing a dentist. But, they're just kind people. I feel like I'm visiting friends when my appointment rolls around.
