Dr. Colby and the team are exceptional. Our family has been receiving orthodontic care for multiple years now. We appreciate the ease of getting appointments, friendliness of staff, and the quality of Ortho care. I am beyond thankful that Dr. Colby chooses to offer orthodontics for Ucare and MA patients. There are very few providers that do so. The system makes it hard for healthcare professionals to work with this type of public health insurance coverage. It is a generous and intentional way Dr. Colby gives back to the community. Thank you!

My family and I were in Vancouver getting ready for a Disney cruise when my wire slipped and wa poking my cheek so badly I count even eat. We found Downtown Orthodontics and they got us right in. No questions asked. Beatta was so sweet and gentle. Easily cut the wire and we were on our way. Beautiful facility and wonderful people.

We had our first appointment today. Great experience from start to finish. The staff were awesome and great with my son. Very clean in both locations. We went to the newer place for X rays after. I highly recommend!

I arrived a few minutes early, was greeted immediately by Gabrielle, my assigned practitioner. She and Dr. Colby were efficient, informative, gentle, kind and honest. Just the sort of folks you can trust digging around in your oral cavity! I value their professional advice and perspective and the calm, quiet environment. It’s also fun to go downtown, visit the Medical Arts Building, grab a bite to eat or a coffee in the area.

My experience with Dr. Stephen Colby and his staff has been nothing short of amazing! I was very nervous to get my braces done. The moment I walked in for my first visit I was greeted with GENIUNE smiles and a warm welcome. When Dr. Colby walked me through the process he was very supportive and respectful of my decisions.
