They do not have appointments other than when when students are in school. The front desk is usually chatting about personal issues or about other clients rather than paying attention to clients when they walk in or who is in the waiting room. Not appropriate. I wonder what they say about us when we leave behind our back?

The staff is always so quick and efficient! I appreciate not having to spend a lot of time waiting around and I appreciate moving through the appointment in a timely fashion. The front-desk staff is always very pleasant and eager to assist with scheduling future appointments and providing school passes. The kids feel very welcome and comfortable with all of the staff. You guys do a great job!

Dr Vayda is fantastic! We had an orthodontic emergency with our son late on a Friday night and she met us after hours at the clinic to get him assessed and fixed. We were beyond thankful and impressed that she would do that!

The process from start to finish was seamless. The entire team was fantastic, appointments were always flexible and easy to schedule, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My daughter had no anxiety about the work done to her teeth thanks to a patient and care-oriented team. Thank you!

AMAZING experience here! Service is always great, everyone is so accomodating and they all really care about their clients. I've been here for braces 3 times and my family all comes here as well. I am always welcomed with a smile! Thank you all for being just fabulous!
