Edina Orthodontics - 50th & France

They do not have appointments other than when when students are in school. The front desk is usually chatting about personal issues or about other clients rather than paying attention to clients when they walk in or who is in the waiting room. Not appropriate. I wonder what they say about us when we leave behind our back?

Dr Vayda is fantastic! We had an orthodontic emergency with our son late on a Friday night and she met us after hours at the clinic to get him assessed and fixed. We were beyond thankful and impressed that she would do that!

From the forms being available online, and the warm greeting we recieved when checking in to the very personalized care and education from the coordinator and doctor. We are feeling both comfortable and confident that we are in the right place and will get great results!

Everything from the initial consult to removal of the braces was top notch! Dr. Bowlby and his staff are the best. Our questions were always answered, and the few times we had to return for a poking wire everything was fixed quickly and with a smile. Dr. Bowlby said the braces would be on 18 months and they were. Very very satisfied with the whole process!

My son always has great visits at Edina Orthodontics! He loves to visit with the staff, and they all stop to chat with him. Getting to know him is a great way to ease the discomfort that comes along with having braces. Thanks for doing a great job!
