I just started my orthodontic treatment, and my experience has been great so far! The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Padovano made sure I was comfortable by explaining every step of the treatment and answering my questions. I'm so glad I chose this practice for my orthodontic care. I’m looking forward to the rest of my treatment and can’t wait to see my final results. I highly recommend Dr. Padovano and his team to anyone looking for an orthodontist!

After doing a ton of research and going to multiple consultations, I can confidently say choosing Mills City Orthodontics was the best decision I could have made. He is incredibly honest, knowledgeable, compassionate, and realistic. I never once felt pressured or sold false hope, instead, I truly felt like he genuinely cared about helping me achieve the best possible outcome. That level of sincerity is rare. He also worked with me on pricing, which I appreciated so much. The office itself is absolutely beautiful, modern, and equipped with the latest technology. Even scheduling appointments has been unbelievably easy and stress-free, which makes such a difference when starting orthodontic treatment. Haley is AMAZING and instantly makes you feel comfortable the second you walk through the door. She is warm, welcoming, patient, and honestly one of the sweetest people ever. Kelly, my hygienist, was also so gentle and kind and really helped calm my nerves throughout the process. Starting braces can feel overwhelming, but this team made me excited for the journey. I genuinely feel like I am in the best hands possible, and I could not recommend Mills City Orthodontics more highly. If you are considering braces or orthodontic treatment, this is the place to go.

Mill City Orthodontics has been amazing! I searched all over for an office that would work with me to finally get straighter teeth. What really stood out was their payment plan, since many other places I looked at required the full cost upfront. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Joshua Padovano and the whole team at Mill City Orthodontics. Everyone I interacted with was kind, helpful, and easy to work with, and Dr. Padovano went above and beyond in a way that I really appreciated. I transferred to him from another orthodontist in Chicago, and my situation was a little unusual because I already had aligners from my previous provider. I had called multiple orthodontists in Minneapolis, and everyone else told me either they don't accept transfers, or for those that do accept transfers, that I would need to start a full new treatment plan. Dr. Padovano was the only one who was willing to work with my existing aligners and help me finish treatment in a practical, affordable way. He was very clear and fair about the plan and the cost, and it ended up being incredibly reasonable. He also included my final permanent nightly retainers, which made the transfer much more affordable than I expected. Throughout the rest of my treatment, the care was excellent. One thing that really stood out to me was how accommodating he was near the end of treatment. Because my case had taken a long time, my back teeth were not fully touching, which can sometimes happen after Invisalign treatment. Dr. Padovano arranged for a special retainer to help with this, and even though it cost him extra to have it made, he didn't pass on any of the cost to me. I’m genuinely grateful for Dr. Padovano’s kindness, honesty, and quality of care. I would highly recommend Mill City Orthodontics to anyone looking for an orthodontist who is thoughtful, fair, and truly cares about his patients.
