Superior orthodontist, I would highly recommend to any ethnicity, gender, race, etc. you have an amazing staff. I feel at home when I’m there and feel like I’m talking to my own aunties and uncles and grandmas and also long life friends at this orthodontist. This orthodontist not only strengthens and brightens your smile, but Also strengthens and brighten your character from start to finish and superior will always get 5+ stars from me . it’s good to see a business ran so smoothly and organized and understanding (SatchTMD)💯

Good afternoon, I am writing to formally address a very concerning interaction I had with Amy from your office. During our communication, Amy was extremely rude and spoke to me in a manner that was both unprofessional and unacceptable. I have also kept the voicemail that reflects the tone and way she addressed me. If it were solely up to me, I would have had my braces removed and pursued my insurance company to recover half of the funds due to the level of disrespect I experienced. No patient should be spoken to or treated that way when dealing with a representative of your company. Amy represents your office, and the way she communicates with patients reflects directly on your business. Interactions like this leave patients feeling uncomfortable and questioning how they will be treated moving forward. At this time, I would prefer to no longer deal with Amy directly. Please ensure that she does not contact me going forward and that any further communication regarding my account is handled by another member of your staff.
