The Big Smile Orthodontics

Dr. Jane and her staff are exceptional!!! We found out about them when my 6-year-old was organizing a bike-a-thon for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. She was in the newspaper, so Dr. Jane's staff contacted us and said they wanted to donate a new bike to raffle off at the event and help my daughter raise more money. How incredibly thoughtful is that?! Two of her staff members actually came to the event. Keep in mind, we had no connection to them. The Big Smile Orthodontics staff was doing this out of the kindness of their hearts. Just the sweetest! Fast forward 5 years to when my daughter needed braces. Well, of course, we went to Dr. Jane. We were delighted to find that her office is incredibly well-run, with up-to-the-moment technology and knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly staff. I'm not sure what the woman's name is who greets everyone and checks them in, but she is absolutely the best! She knew my daughter's name within the first few appointments and would check her in before we even got to her desk. Not to mention, she is just the nicest person. Dr. Jane clearly knows how to hire well. My daughter recently "graduated" (meaning she doesn't have to come back unless she has a problem), and the whole front office team clapped for her and congratulated her. It was a nice way to end our time there. But I must say something about Dr. Jane. It's clear that she loves her job. She is very gentle and kind with each child. She wears funny socks that the kids love. She is just a class act. Not to mention, she works miracles on kids' teeth. I really cannot recommend The Big Smile Orthodontics and Dr. Jane enough. First class all the way!

The Big Smile Orthodontics This was our first visit to this referred clinic with Dr. Jane, and I must say—they truly made my day. From the very first phone call to the end of my grandson Chase’s appointment, we both felt comfortable, welcomed, and genuinely valued. I was extremely impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the entire team. Everyone was so accommodating and took the time to explain each step of the process as Chase prepared to get his braces. That reassurance made all the difference for both of us. A special thank you to Dr. Jane, Susan, and Mindy for your patience, professionalism, and for truly listening to and understanding our needs as new patients. I also learned so much about the importance of early orthodontic treatment and how braces contribute to a healthy lifestyle—knowledge I truly appreciate. The Big Smile has been great with helping me as a mom navigate the orthodontics journey for my child with thorough review and consideration of her ortho needs, starting with an expander to make room for adult teeth to come in, and now the expander has been removed, careful observation as more adult teeth come in and prep for braces. Dr. Jane is kind and warm and keeps everything fun and simple for kids to understand. Her staff are also a league up!

Dr. Jane really has a great operation going on there from day 1 all the way til the last. She and her staff are really friendly and pays very close attention to detail, which I really appreciated her perfectionism! As an adult I got corrective aligners and couldn't be happier with the result. I would definitely recommend this practice to everyone.
