We have LOVED the patient care from Dr. Bains and the rest of the staff! They have been amazing with easing my son’s worries about getting an expander and have made the process seamless. My 8 year said “10/10 for Dr. Bains! Would definitely recommend!” 🥰 He can’t wait for his “after” picture!

Dr. Bains and his staff are our absolute favorite!! Everyone is so kind and caring, from the front desk to the orthodontic assistants, to Dr. Bains himself. They are so good and patient with my son with special needs and make him feel so comfortable at every visit. If you are looking for a place to bring your kids where the orthodontist truly cares about his patients I would highly recommend Dr. Bains. He has even come in on a Sunday for an emergency appointment, took the time to fix my son’s hardware, and was genuinely happy to be able to help! This practice truly makes you feel like you are part of a family and we are grateful for all that they do!

Bains has been Great !! Their office staff is amazing, all the staff working with Dr. Bains in the back with patients are great with communication with parents . Seems like our daughter’s time with braces flew by. Dr .Bains does excellent with children. Very Professional, But laid back orthodontics office . Everything flows smoothly with treatment plan!! Highly recommend. Our other Two children will also be seen here when it’s time for their orthodontist days !

Dr. Bains and staff were wonderful. My 8yo and 6yo were put at ease by their friendly manner and our appointment was quick and pleasant. All the detail were explained well and we had plenty of time to ask questions. 10/5 totally recommend!!!

We love Dr Bains! He is amazing with children and adults. I had him redo my permanent retainer earlier this year and it’s so much better than my previous one. He sees 2/3 of my kids right now including my daughter with special needs. The office staff is super nice and they send out reminders of your appointment when is super helpful.
