The office staff the doctor the hygienist were all absolutely amazing. They care about you. They do everything they can to make sure you’re comfortable or not in any type of pain and thank you for seeing me at the last minute.

We had an extremely negative experience at this clinic and would strongly caution anyone—especially those using Tricare—to look elsewhere. We specifically called ahead to confirm they accepted Tricare, and were told they did. However, at the appointment, staff failed to verify our insurance despite multiple requests. We were reassured that everything would be processed afterward, only to receive a large, unexpected bill two months later because they never actually submitted the insurance. The professionalism in the office was unacceptable. Staff loudly asked personal and medical questions across the waiting room, showing a complete lack of respect for patient privacy. The appointment itself was even more concerning. My wife went in for a routine cleaning, yet after sitting in a room for nearly two hours, no cleaning was performed. Instead, a dental hygienist—not a dentist—told her she needed an invasive deep cleaning with local anesthetic. The dentist never entered the room, never conducted an exam, and never explained or confirmed any diagnosis or treatment plan. As people who work in healthcare, we can confidently say this is NOT how patients should be treated. There was a clear lack of communication, transparency, professionalism, and proper clinical process. We left feeling misled, disrespected, and concerned about the standard of care provided here. We would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

I came in as a new patient, everyone on the staff that met were very friendly and professional. The Doctor and his assistant were great and the conversation during my procedure was interesting and fun. The Doctor is very skilled, my procedure was done very quickly and I love the results. Elite Dental is now the practice I will continue with. The atmosphere and decor of the office was top notch and they have the latest in Equipment. I highly recommend this practice....To update this I received the best tooth scaling ever...

Love this office! The staff is always so friendly and caring. They do great work and I’ve always found them to be honest and open about my care. I switched to Lansing Elite after being dissatisfied with another local dentist and I’m really glad I did.

Went in for a basic teeth cleaning. My insurance covers this once every 6 months. Because I didn’t want to do the super deep cleaning that they wanted to do, which would have cost me almost $500 out of pocket they refused to do my basic cleaning and told me I should try to get into LCC school. Which is not covered under my insurance. Spent an hour and a half there for absolutely nothing. The tech and dr were nice, however I feel they should have done what my insurance covered even if I couldn’t afford the super expensive cleaning. Will not be going back.
