Lansing Elite Dental

The hygienist that I was scheduled with was very nice and explained everything that we were going to do completely. She made sure to answer any questions I had. The appointment was quick even with X-rays. I would recommend Lansing Elite Dental if you are looking for a dental practice. Very professional and the people who work there are very friendly.

The front staff are incredibly kind and efficient. The hygienists are so clever and knowledgeable! I've had X-rays done before, but Jojo was amazing to explain to me what the bone shadows and the length of my roots could indicate. And the Dr even did a cold sensation test; I've never had that before. So interesting and very thorough! I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment and getting my teeth and gum health back to 100%!

I am always impressed with my hygienist, JoJo. She is amazing and does a great job. The dentist is always kind, informative, and thorough. I was there for less than 40 minutes for a 6 month cleaning visit :) Billing heads up: In terms of the financials, always ask, and confirm, that this office do pre-determinations for your care. I, like many other people who have reviewed this office, have had miscommunication in the past from the business end of this office, that resulted in unexpected costs. The business office manager could solve this problem easily by adopting a policy that would require that care teams and patients not make appointments until insurance coverage is reviewed and an estimate is provided. I’m this was part of my job in a dental practice and literally would take me less than ten minutes to run codes and have a printed cost estimate for people before they left the chair and got to the desk. It is surprising that this office doesn’t seem to take this extra step without the he patient advocating for it. So, always ask for a treatment predetermination. Especially for things other than routine cleanings, and exams. (I don’t need to talk to anyone at the office, since that ship has long since sailed. I know now what I need to do to not be surprised by costs and am just giving others a heads up.)

Amazing! I have anxiety at any Dental visit...Lansing Elite Dental I was relaxed. I mean I could've fallen asleep. They were great from the Dr., Hygienist and the Front Desk. This is my Dentist from now on. 100% recommended.

My tech was amazing! We enjoyed a nice conversation, and I felt like I was talking to my best friend? I didn’t feel like I was in a dentist chair. Overall, the staff is welcoming, polite, professional, skillful and very caring! Thank you for your excellent customer service!
