My almost 7 year old had a cavity between his two teeth and he’s been so scared to go in and get it fixed. When we got into our room he started to cry and the team was absolutely amazing. They talked him through everything in terms he could understand and were not scary and they wrapped him up in a blanket and gave him a teddy bear to squeeze onto. At the end he gave me a thumbs up and smiled. I cannot recommend this office enough. I have had nothing but positive experiences here and watching my kids get treated the way they do makes it a wonderful experience for them as well. The whole staff is wonderful and I’m so grateful we found this office.

This place is great! It's a nice clean office with many dental technicians, which allows me to schedule all 4 of my children at the same time. Each of their spaces are nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. They each also have a tv so kiddos can stay distracted while having cleanings or other dental procedures done. All the employees have been so nice and I've only had great experiences here. My kids have also felt comfortable with their technicians and the Dentists. I always recommend Schaefer Dental to friends and family. They're also conveniently located in the same building as an orthodontist, whom we also go to. This has been great for my family and makes communication between dentist and orthodontist easy peasy!

I was very pleased by the welcome I received when I walked in the front door. I told Franny I had a hard time filling out the paper work. She smiled & said have a seat in the lobby & she would be right over to help me. She came over in a minute just like she said she would. We went through all the papers with her help & me answering all her questions. I felt like we were family right there. They took me back & Dr. Drew came in introduced herself & we started working. I came back at 6:30 pm. And my retainer was ready for my mouth, it fit perfectly, it was easy to get in & out. I love the worked to solve my problem & I have found the perfect group of people to work with for my Dental work. The art work I saw was so beautiful, I will never forget this experience!!! Thank you for making it such a wonderful experience!!!

It was my first time there today and I absolutely love it. It's so nice and calming, give you refreshments and they have a comfort menu.. they accommodated my kids as well, all 4 of them while I had x-rays. I am so thankful for that, it can be kind of overwhelming to walk in with 4 kids alone. My kids asked for me to change their dentist to Schaefer.

12/10 experience, every time! Stephanie has been my dental hygienist for a couple years and she never fails to provide top notch service when I see her. She is so friendly, goes above and beyond to take extra care of my teeth, and I saw Dr. McAlvey for the first time today and was blown away at how kind, communicative, and respectful she was. I will continue to recommend Schaefer Dental Group to everyone!
