I was very pleased by the welcome I received when I walked in the front door. I told Franny I had a hard time filling out the paper work. She smiled & said have a seat in the lobby & she would be right over to help me. She came over in a minute just like she said she would. We went through all the papers with her help & me answering all her questions. I felt like we were family right there. They took me back & Dr. Drew came in introduced herself & we started working. I came back at 6:30 pm. And my retainer was ready for my mouth, it fit perfectly, it was easy to get in & out. I love the worked to solve my problem & I have found the perfect group of people to work with for my Dental work. The art work I saw was so beautiful, I will never forget this experience!!! Thank you for making it such a wonderful experience!!!

I didn’t have to sit in the chair long, Dr. Gainor Come in and ask him I’m doing. He always is very pleasant. Explains the procedure and gets right to work. During procedures, he would ask if I’m OK. His work is very thorough and he never rushes, his work is top-notch. I will continue having him as my dentist!

I'm always nervous going to a dentist I had childhood trauma from years & years ago (they used to tie us in the chair) which still stays with me years later. But coming into your office I was relaxed right away which I appreciated immensely. Thank you for all of your kindness.

This session was very good. Was able to retrofit my lower denture to fit on the new implant I’m having installed. I still have some discomfort but overall I’m just glad to have some bottom teeth. Will try to get another appointment to do further refitting!!!

So nervous about seeing the dentist. It had been a full year since a cleaning or dental appointment. Both the hygienist and dentist really set me at ease. Actually got a good report from the hygienist! Even so, going back to 3 cleanings a year.
