HLH is wonderful. I have my third child in braces and this office is amazing. I am a practice manager in healthcare setting and kudos to this staff. They are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Great job to the leadership!!!

Appointment was very good. Was not as long as expected, so that was welcome, too. I was provided with sun glasses so the bright light that was used was not in my eyes (very considerate) I enjoyed a little bit of small talk with the technician, but she was very professional and thorough throughout.

I was very impressed! The staff is very friendly and good with kids. The Dr was also very friendly and was telling jokes with my son. The office itself is very clean and the technology they have is top notch.

I would rate higher but as a prior service Army combat veteran communication and a person's time are 2 things I don't take lightly. This is my 3rd child I've had orthodontic work done with HLS/HLH and I haven't had much of an issue until today when there was a failure of communication on HLS/HLH's end which resulted in me being over an hour and a half late to pick up one of my daughters from school and 15 minutes late picking up my other daughter from work.
