Advanced Dental Care of Toledo

My experiences on January 14th and January 20th were absolutely amazing. The front desk staff—Shannon, Brie, and Sheena—were so inviting and checked me in with no issues at all. Everyone was wonderful, informative, joyful, and truly a pleasure to be around. They made my experience so much easier and more comfortable. April was my assistant on my first visit, and Emily was my assistant on my second visit. Both of them did an amazing job—they were truly phenomenal. Dr. Sanchez was incredible. From numbing the area to extracting my tooth, he worked with such care and confidence. There was no pain when he took it out and no discomfort at all. I truly, truly appreciate the Dentist and the entire team.

Great dentist office. Emily was very knowledgeable and friendly. She made myself and my teenage daughter feel so comfortable from the moment we walked into the room. Dr Sanchez was just as great. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Updates : I have had a few more appointments and each one I was treated with the same level of kindness as the first. I had fillings done with Kaiti twice now. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She was gentle and explained everything she was doing. I had a crown replaced with Emily she was also very kind, gentle, and knowledgeable. I had a cleaning done and while I cant remember her name she was great as well. At each appt. Dr. Sanchez was also extremely nice and explained everything very well. I am confident about getting my treatments done at Advanced. I am extremely happy I found them! Everyone was so kind. Check in with Bri and Shannon was fast and easy. I didnt wait long to be called back and April was excellent at helping me feel comfortable. Usually I have a little dental anxiety even for small things, like the exam. She answered all my questions and was so knowledgeable. Dr. Sanchez didn't make me feel ashamed about what I needed to have done, rather he set me up with a plan I feel confident about. He didn't rush the appointment and took time to explain some things to me. Overall I was really happy with my choice of trying out Advanced. I am actually looking forward to my next appointment. They are a wonderful team. Thank you!!

April, Katie, Emily, Sheena and Dr. Sanchez have all been amazing treating my husband, our 2 oldest children and myself! They have made all our bad experiences at other offices a thing of the past and that is so refreshing!!! They're all very friendly and empathetic to our individual needs and concerns! I would highly recommend this fantastic dentist office and staff! 😁

I've spent years going to different dentist and was never really pleased with them, I just wanted to get out of there, but Dr. Sanchez really changed my mind about going to the dentist. He's really great, he explained everything in detail and worked cool, calm and collected. He has made my progress of getting dentures great. His staff, Bri, Shannon and Emily were so professional (Nice, Kind and Funny).Getting dentures is a big step and all of them are really making this easy. It's nice to meet good people, and it's really nice when you know you get to see them again.
