KC Orthodontics - Grand Rapids

I'm satisfied with the orthodontic treatment and service provided to both my children (+5). However, I feel stressed every time I make an appointment. Just today, for some reason, they unilaterally canceled a previous appointment and forced me to reschedule, requiring my child to miss school (-2). That's why I can only give them three stars.

My kids and I all go to Dr. O’Grady office, and we’ve had a great experience! I finished my own treatment and love the results, and my kids are still in theirs. The staff and doctor are so friendly and flexible with scheduling—even during emergencies. I would highly recommend Dr. O’Grady and team to anyone looking for excellent orthodontic care.

Amazing office! The staff is all so friendly and helpful, scheduling appointments was easy and they were always available to answer questions, and my kids actually enjoyed the process of getting braces! And we got absolutely beautiful results once those braces were off!

We have loved going to Dr. O’Grady’s, and now KC Orthodontics. We have had 5 kids here in the past 12 years, and one with a very difficult treatment case!. They are always professional, kind and understanding. As a medical professional myself, I appreciate the time spent to make sure we understand the treatment plan and diagnoses. I highly recommend this office! Great job and thank you to all the staff and doctors!

Very worth it, perfected my smile and made my teeth very straight! The workers are very nice and welcoming, and they made me feel very cared for. Their work is amazing and they’re so supportive.
