The Braces Place

in the main lobby i was not greeted whatsoever. the couch is very dirty and there are multiple rips in it too. the carpet in the lobby is stained with this sticky residue and you can hear the front desk people talking in a foreign language like gossiping of some sort instead of doing their job. i keep getting weird looks by some of the crew mates whenever they walk by the lobby as if i'm not minding my business. however the staff are pretty nice for the most part, or at least the person who took me in was. the doctor is not at all however. all i hear him say is "open" and he doesn't greet you nor have any manners. when they took me in, the lady was nice but she took photos of my teeth on a digital camera, which was lowkey not professional? and you can tell the tools that are being used have not been cleansed or sanitized in a long time. instead of cleaning their tools, they put a plastic covering over it instead of actually properly cleaning the equipment, which i find not only extremely unhygienic.but this place in general does not give me a good vibe. i overheard the other doctors arguing with the staff and people at the front desk for some reason. i would not recommend this place to get braces done as the environment doesn't feel welcoming, nor pleasant, it feels weird, eery, non professional and more like a jail cell rather.

This clinic exceeded all my expectations. They were incredibly attentive to my request, and my teeth have never looked so beautiful after a cleaning. They used to be so yellow, but after getting a cleaning with them, they look so much better. I don't understand all the nasty comments—not only did they treat me well, but they treated everyone else who was there just as kindly.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but the experience with this dental office was so disappointing that it deserves to be documented. We waited over a month for an appointment, only to have it canceled the day before with no meaningful explanation and no effort to properly notify us in advance. The next available appointment they offered was another two weeks out, which already demonstrated a lack of respect for patients’ time. The day of the rescheduled appointment, I drove over 40 minutes through heavy traffic and arrived 11 minutes late for a 4:30 PM appointment (we arrived at 4:41 PM). Despite the office not closing until 5:00 PM, the staff refused to see us because the doctor “wanted to leave in five minutes.” After waiting six weeks in total just to be seen, being turned away over a few minutes — especially when they themselves had already canceled once — shows an astonishing lack of professionalism, flexibility, and basic empathy toward patients. Life happens, traffic happens, and most healthcare providers understand that. Instead, we were treated as if our time had no value whatsoever. When an office cancels on patients but refuses to extend even the smallest courtesy in return, it speaks volumes about their priorities. The entire situation left us feeling frustrated and disrespected. Based on this experience alone, I would not recommend this place under any circumstances. Patients deserve professionalism, communication, and basic consideration — none of which were demonstrated here.

I had a fantastic experience today, largely thanks to the receptionist, Helder. They were incredibly welcoming, professional, and efficient. They handled the busy front desk seamlessly while making sure everyone was greeted with a warm smile. Excellent customer service!

The staff are very nice, but unfortunately the doctor is extremely rude and unprofessional. He does not greet patients and speaks in a harsh way, simply saying" open" and "close" with no curtesy. He even threatened to refuse my treatment because my brackets kept breaking. Instead of helping or giving proper guidance, he told me he has too many patients for me to keep coming back as if he wasn't getting paid for he's job. I ended up switching to the one in Framingham, and since then my brackets have not broken once, and the doctor there is really nice and professional. On that note I would not recommend this braces place.
