The staff are very nice, but unfortunately the doctor is extremely rude and unprofessional. He does not greet patients and speaks in a harsh way, simply saying" open" and "close" with no curtesy. He even threatened to refuse my treatment because my brackets kept breaking. Instead of helping or giving proper guidance, he told me he has too many patients for me to keep coming back as if he wasn't getting paid for he's job. I ended up switching to the one in Framingham, and since then my brackets have not broken once, and the doctor there is really nice and professional. On that note I would not recommend this braces place.

People can be nice but also very annoying. The days and hours they have for certain things is also annoying. They aren't very accommodating to the fact children have school and parents have work. Several appts they ask you to come in the a.m. and then again in the p.m. but never try to work with you. I asked for our records SEVERAL times so I could transfer care to somewhere more suitable to our hours and they never gave them to me. On 3 different occasions we were given one piece of info then a completely different set of information later. When you need a price for something it's almost as if they are guessing. Even with all the annoying aggravation. My daughters teeth came out nicely. I still wouldn't go back though for any of my other children.

first of all. i dont know why these ppl love to give such and atitude acting like i wont sue them since i seen A RAT LICKING THE DENTAL TOOLS. Yes. A RAT. ok. second of all they dropped the tool in my mouth and i started crying because it caused my tooth to come out and they told me to shut up and the lady kept holding my head down and i told her not to touch me because i saw her playing with the rats in the back because she said they were her friends but i was also very concerned because there was holes in the chairs i think bugs were eating it and then all of a sudden a bird flew in the window and started to eat the flouride off the table. the service is nasty just like there rat problem and they need to be stopped ASAP because there dental supplies smells like chili mac

This people the only thing they care about is money, they very unprofessional . It looks like a bunch of people who have no idea what they’re doing . I have my braces for 2 years , instead of my teeth get better, they make it worse, they refused to fix it. They don’t know how to talk to people very rude and unprofessional. Please do not go to this place unless you want to waste your money. It’s a bunch of mediocre working at this place.
