We just had our first visit with Dr J and we left feeling overwhelmed with gratitude. I know, that's not what you'd expect from an orthodontist visit but it's exactly how we felt. I went with my 8year old and Dr J and his staff were all welcoming, warm, kind, very informative and communicated in ways that were clear even to my child. We were referred there by a group of friends who told us how incredible Dr J and his team were and they exceeded any and all exceptations. If you're looking for an orthodontist who is equally as brilliant as they are kind, caring, and has a good sense of humor, this is absolutely the place to be! Dr J and his staff are top notch!

The customer service feels very individual to each patient and the staff are all happy to be here. I enjoyed the time and care each staff member showed me from the front desk, all the way to the orthodontist himself.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Dr. J at Dot Smiles. From the very first visit, the staff has been incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. The facility is always clean and welcoming, which really put us at ease. Most importantly, my daughter feels confident smiling now, and that means everything to us. The team took the time to explain every step of the process and made sure she felt comfortable throughout her treatment. Dr J and his staff are amazing. As a mom who asks a lot of questions and worries about every detail I truly appreciate how patient and thorough doc and team are. Taking the time to explain everything showing me pictures and going over the xrays walking me through the progress. I have 2 kids and they both get ortho treatment at Dr Joffre and their case is not simple with impacted teeth requiring also surgical intervention. If you are looking for an orthodontist who listens, explains, and care this is the place!
