I can't say enough good things about this office. Every single person here is warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive. I actually look forward to my appointments, which says a lot. Dr. J takes the time to explain everything clearly at every stage of treatment, so I always knew exactly what was happening and why. In my case, treatment was combined: braces first, then Invisalign, which actually made the whole process faster and more comfortable for me. The result is amazing; I'm so confident in my smile now. If you're looking for an orthodontist who combines real skill with a team that makes you feel genuinely taken care of, this is the place.

I had such a great experience at Dot Smiles with Dr. E. Elon Joffre and his staff. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so welcoming and kind. The office is very clean, organized, and just has a fresh, positive feel to it. What I really appreciated was how the doctor and the staff took the time to listen to all of my concerns and answer my questions without rushing. They made me feel comfortable and heard, which means a lot as a parent. My kids loved it there too they felt relaxed and happy, like we had been coming there for years even though it was our first visit. Great experience with Dot Smiles! I came to them after my first fixed retainer (from a different company, Arch Ortho) broke, and ended up doing a full 18-month treatment with Dot Smiles to fix the resulting gap-the results were well worth it. Communication was easy throughout, and when I needed replacement aligners, they worked with me on a discounted price. I also just got a new fixed retainer through them and have been really happy with the service overall. Would definitely work with them again!

Highly recommend for braces. From start to finish (2 years), the staff and doctor were friendly and knowledgeable. I wish I found sooner as the experience at Dot Smiles was far better than the experience my other child had at a different orthodontist.
