I can't say enough good things about this office. Every single person here is warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive. I actually look forward to my appointments, which says a lot. Dr. J takes the time to explain everything clearly at every stage of treatment, so I always knew exactly what was happening and why. In my case, treatment was combined: braces first, then Invisalign, which actually made the whole process faster and more comfortable for me. The result is amazing; I'm so confident in my smile now. Great experience with Dot Smiles! I came to them after my first fixed retainer (from a different company, Arch Ortho) broke, and ended up doing a full 18-month treatment with Dot Smiles to fix the resulting gap-the results were well worth it. Communication was easy throughout, and when I needed replacement aligners, they worked with me on a discounted price. I also just got a new fixed retainer through them and have been really happy with the service overall. Would definitely work with them again!
