Michael Bryant Orthodontics

Absolutely terrible experience! The lack of communication between the owner and the supervisor led to conflicting information being given to me. The supervisor deceived the owner, who then unjustly believed her without hearing my side of the story. Additionally, another staff member wore ill-fitting pants, revealing her underwear, and even suggested a physical altercation with me, with the supervisor finding humor in the situation. To top it off, the owner claimed to have fired me as a patient, even though I had no intention of returning. Please avoid this establishment unless chaos and deceit is to your liking.

Front desk staff was pleasant. Dental assistant was knowledgeable and gental. Dr. Bryant was patient, personable, and professional. Office is clean. I do hope that under all circumstances gloves will be removed once leaving the patient room and changed (plus hands washed) upon returning to work in their mouth, even when it comes to doing quick, simple task. Not saying anyone did or did not do this just best practice that too many offices do not follow. Im hopeful this one does.

Great family friendly environment. They are gentle and patient. Great with kids. They are innovative and always doing what's best for the individual. Highly recommend.

We love Michael Bryant Orthodontics! The Windsor Mill office is professional, friendly, and always on time—we never wait. Dr. Bryant runs a high-tech, Black-owned practice and handles most of the work himself, which really sets him apart. My son’s braces have been a smooth, mostly pain-free experience, unlike many of his peers. Anytime we need an appointment, they fit us in quickly. Amazing staff and service—highly recommend!

I literally couldn't wait to leave this review. I have never seen anything like this office and it was awesome. It felt and looked like we were in a spa. Every single person in that office speaks to you and the friendliness and professionalism is unmatched. They offer refreshments and give you a tour so you know what and where everything is. I was so impressed and can't wait to go back. Dr. Bryant is completely about patient care and not just about patient money. I will be recommending to everybody I know. Oh and side note if you like talking trash (respectfully) he's a stealers fan. Lol
