I had a wonderful experience at this orthodontic office. Although there was a small appointment snafu, the way it was handled spoke volumes. The team was overly apologetic, kind, and went above and beyond to accommodate me—I could truly tell they cared. The service was excellent, and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Scott and Shane were absolutely phenomenal—professional, attentive, and reassuring throughout the visit. I’m genuinely happy to be cared for by such a compassionate and professional group. From day one, this crew has been more than we ever could have hoped for! Shane is amazing! He made us feel like family and bent over backwards to make everything work for us. Dr. Scot is awesome as well. He is knowledgable, and made Ethan feel comfortable. All of the ladies are so sweet and always great with Ethan. The atmosphere is always relaxed and fun, NOT like your typical doctor’s office! We are so incredibly grateful, and amazed at the transformation they have created for Ethan’s smile.
