From day one, this crew has been more than we ever could have hoped for! Shane is amazing! He made us feel like family and bent over backwards to make everything work for us. Dr. Scot is awesome as well. He is knowledgable, and made Ethan feel comfortable. All of the ladies are so sweet and always great with Ethan. The atmosphere is always relaxed and fun, NOT like your typical doctor’s office! We are so incredibly grateful, and amazed at the transformation they have created for Ethan’s smile. If I could see anything to all of them, it would just be THANK YOU!!

The Catonsville crew is so friendly and patient. We love how fun and caring they are! And, of course they are great with orthodontics.

I had an enjoyable experience at BOG today. Erica (or Ericka—I apologize if I misspelled her name) was amazing. She was pleasant and professional from the moment she came out to greet me and escorted me to the back. She took her time educating me about Invisalign and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. It’s people like her—who genuinely care for their patients and demonstrate such great character—that make a lasting impression. I truly appreciated this experience.
