I had a wonderful experience at this orthodontic office. Although there was a small appointment snafu, the way it was handled spoke volumes. The team was overly apologetic, kind, and went above and beyond to accommodate me—I could truly tell they cared. The service was excellent, and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Scott and Shane were absolutely phenomenal—professional, attentive, and reassuring throughout the visit. I’m genuinely happy to be cared for by such a compassionate and professional group. I had an amazing experience here through all my teenage years! I switched to Baltimore Orthodontic Group after seeing no results with my other orthodontist, and here they treated me with my expanders, phase one of braces, retainers, phase two of braces, and my last pair of retainers! I am so happy and satisfied with my smile and my experience was not painful or difficult, they were also extremely understanding and flexible with scheduling appointments. We came in on Saturday morning and weekdays after school. I 100% recommend coming here or taking your kid here for all orthodontic needs.

Nichole did a excellent job she installed my braces now my grandaughter. Verry knowledge tells you every step she is taking and very gentle

I LOVE my smile, 6 years later.. Dr. Wang was very thorough and specifically particular about wearing my power chains, you can tell he cares about his craft, and I must admit the results are stellar. Love BOG! Friendly staff, always on time, clean facility. Great incentives and contests for the kids. When my son’s braces came off, the entire office stopped to clap him out and shower him with praise. Most of all, he received professional and successful treatment. Highly recommend. We’ve been so happy here.
