I’ve been a client of the Catonsville location for the last 3-4 years. I had a retainer break and needed to get in asap. Ellicott City was the closest with availability. I was super pleased and impressed by the staff, ortho assistant and the Dr. The office was clean and comfortable. Everyone communicated well and made me feel safe in their hands by constantly checking in to make sure I was ok throughout my procedure and my new retainer was ready in jus a couple hours. I will only go to this office from now on if I can help it!
