My three children had their new patient cleaning appointments at this location, and although we were running a little late, I called ahead to let them know. The receptionist was very polite, patient, and professional when I explained the situation. She even told us to drive safely and said, “See you soon,” which immediately put my mind at ease and made me feel less worried about losing our appointment time. When we arrived, we were greeted with a smile. The office was very clean, organized, and welcoming. The receptionist clearly explained the next steps for my children’s appointments, and as soon as we sat down, they were each called back one by one. I have to say, the wait time was excellent—little to none at all. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless. Their X-rays, cleanings, examinations, and time with the doctor were all handled efficiently and professionally. I truly appreciated the information we were given, as well as the clear explanation of the next steps for their future appointments. For a first-time experience, I would absolutely give this facility 5 stars. I look forward to continuing my children’s care at this location and highly recommend it to other families.

I received exceptional customer service from Julie at Bethesda Dental Specialist while trying to schedule an appointment for an urgent dental procedure. From the very first phone call, she was compassionate, responsive, and went above and beyond to help. That same level of care continued when we arrived. The office was clean, modern, well-organized, and welcoming, and the team was thorough and supportive throughout the visit. I am truly grateful for such an outstanding experience from the initial point of contact. Julie is a gem!

The staff was kind. When the doctor arrived he was friendly and super funny. My name is Ayaovi. He didn't tried to pronounce it. He looked at it and said can I call you Mr. I laughed and I said sure. He makes me feel like I knew him while ago. Very professional his whole team is great. I will not hesitate to recommend him.

This was the most pleasant dental experience I have ever had BY FAR! Clean and nice office. Dr. Logan, the hygienist, assistant, and receptionist were all so kind, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable as someone who really hates getting dental work done! Everyone seemed like they really love their jobs. I had a new patient and they were able to do my fillings right away in only one appointment. Everyone explained everything in depth, showed me pictures, and let me know each step before they did it. Would 100% recommend this practice to anyone!!

Before I visited this clinic, my gums had never bled, and I was not experiencing tooth sensitivity or any of the other symptoms I am experiencing now. I did not request to have my teeth or gums scraped. However, the technician insisted that the cleaning was required, stating that the doctor would not see me unless it was completed. During the visit, the technician also inserted an intraoral camera into my mouth without first placing a protective covering over it. He had already begun using the camera before I realized that it was uncovered. I immediately asked him to remove it from my mouth, after which he placed a protective cover on the device before continuing. Since leaving the clinic, I have experienced significant problems that I did not have before the appointment. My gums have remained swollen, itchy and now bleed whenever I brush my teeth. My teeth have also become unusually sensitive. The following day, I experienced bleeding from my ears, which was extremely concerning. I have also been waking up with headaches every day and experiencing fever in the evenings. These symptoms began after my visit to this clinic and have persisted. I am very concerned about the condition of my gums and teeth, the infection-control practices used during my treatment, and the other symptoms that developed afterward. I would like these concerns to be taken seriously, thoroughly investigated, and appropriately addressed.
