From my very first consultation, Dr. Heller and the entire team were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. They took the time to explain every step of the process, which made me feel confident and comfortable moving forward. The treatment itself was smooth and much easier than I expected. The aligners were comfortable, and I appreciated how clearly everything was planned from the beginning. Throughout the process, Dr. Heller checked in regularly and made sure everything was progressing perfectly. The staff were always friendly, appointments were efficient, and the office had a welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Heller and his staff are welcoming, kind and knowledgeable. He definitely goes above and beyond to accommodate each patient. Because of this, the atmosphere in the office is 100% patient centered. My entire family, including my daughter and grandchildren have benefited. I highly recommend Heller Orthodontics! I strive to leave positive reviews, but I often forget. However, I do want to generally share my experience. I started off with a very detailed review, but no one wants to read all that. So I’ll just say this. Dr. Heller and his staff are very professional and courteous. The office is very modern. Most importantly — at least to me — Dr. Heller’s prices are very competitive, and there is also no pressure to pursue one treatment course over another. The staff explained the pros/cons of a treatment regimen and left it up to me to choose the option that I was most comfortable with. Five stars!
