I had my first visit here and from the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were welcoming, friendly, and very organized. They made the check-in process quick and stress-free. The dental assistant was kind and explained each step before doing anything. The dentist was professional, gentle, and all of my questions were answered thoroughly. The office itself was clean, modern, and very calming. Great service, great people, and a great first impression. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending them to family and friends.

I haven’t visited the dentist for more than 15 years after a previous bad experience, but I knew I had to have some work done. From making the appointment to check-in to x-rays to exam to cleaning… everyone was absolutely first class. Everything was explained perfectly, out of pocket costs explained in advance of doing anything, and most importantly, minimal pain and discomfort. I was very impressed.

I thought they were fantastic—well-organized and staffed with providers who deliver excellent care. However, one of the most important aspects of a good clinic is knowing the costs upfront. While Horizon’s policy is to collect payment prior to service, this office does not submit pre-authorizations to insurance companies. This means that if you receive a surprise bill, neither the insurance company nor the dental office can help resolve the issue. To avoid the risk of unexpected charges, I strongly encourage you to consider another dental office—one that prioritizes transparency and takes the necessary steps to protect their patients financially.

Dr. Hyatt was outstanding and has a terrific bedside manner. The hygienist had a gentle touch, and my teeth have never felt cleaner. The X-ray technician, front desk team, and entire staff were all extremely friendly and professional. The office is modern, spotless, and welcoming. I highly recommend Dr. Hyatt as a dentist!
