If you want a great experience from communicating to the care the visit are always in a timely manner the office staff is polite caring understanding would definitely recommend American family orthodontist to everyone all 4 of my kiddos have been seen here . They take the time to help make sure your child's teeth are in a healthy state to even perform oral procedures it's a calming environment plenty of seating clean !

Absolutely wonderful office! They take their time evaluating the patient and answering all questions. You don’t feel rushed, and your questions are answered thoroughly and in a way that makes sense to someone that doesn’t know a lot about dentistry. I highly recommend this office for anyone who wants a competent orthodontist.

They've been good for the most part but this makes twice now that I've taken time off work to bring my kids to their appointment and they've made us reschedule! The first time is my fault, still BS but I'll own it.. We were going to be 5 min late so I called (15 min before the appt) to let them know and they said there's NO grace period, had to reschedule. The second time was absolute BS! We showed up 20 min early and they turned us away! Said they didn't get a confirmation text. We didn't get a text asking for confirmation! My confirmation was in office at the last appointment when I checked my calendar and agreed to the date and time. I scheduled the appointment and requested the time off work.. only to get turned away!! 😡

I absolutely love the staff here they are so kind and respectful. My daughter being going here for a few years now. And they have been so helpful in making her smile beautiful. If you’re looking for a good orthodontic this is where you want to bring your loved ones. Even the transition to was great!

This is a new experience for our family and the staff at AFO have been amazing since the beginning. The facility is very kid friendly, and always clean. The appointments are right on time, and the staff go over everything with us to ensure we have a full understanding of what we need to be doing at home. I would highly recommend Dr Parker and crew!!
