I just wanted to jump on this review page and share with everybody about how AMAZING this team is! I mean WOW! Its a blessing on how well the team works together, the service , support, and the care they give is just phenomenal. Their professionalism, high standards and confidence shines through all of this team and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GLO Orthodontics to any one looking for a great place whether it be for yourself, your children or any family member or even a friend, I HIGHLY suggest GLO ORTHODONTICS! My family uses the Tates Creek location in Lexington Ky. Thank you Dr. McHugh and the whole team for everything , very grateful for the each of you, for all your help, support and the time, effort ,and hard work that you ladies give is just amazing!! My orthodontic assistant, Hadassah, was AMAZING. She spent so much time perfecting my replacement permanent retainer. As something I’ll have long term, and I’m incredibly grateful for the care and finesse she showed. She also went above and beyond to make sure I got a replacement clear retainer to fit over it. Since I’m rarely in town and have very limited time when I am, her flexibility and extra effort meant so much.

Dr. McHugh and her team are absolutely outstanding! She has gone above and beyond for our entire family — myself and both of my children are patients, and we’ve consistently received the highest level of care. From routine visits to unexpected issues, Dr. McHugh has always made sure we feel supported and satisfied. We’ve had to use after-hours emergency care as well as same-day appointments more than once, and each time she responded with compassion, professionalism, and genuine concern. It’s rare to find a provider who truly cares about each and every patient the way Dr. McHugh does. We are so grateful to be in such good hands!
