I had a consultation yesterday for braces, and the entire experience was great from start to finish. Every staff member I spoke with was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to. The visit itself was quick and efficient, but they still took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Their pricing and payment plan options were also very reasonable and made the process feel much less stressful. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed the whole experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone considering braces!

The staff are nice and some of the best orthodontists people i had ever met but...when I got my braces done they were in such a rush. I get it you're busy and stuff but one of the staff hit one of their tools against my tooth and it chipped and still hurts to this day. I once broke a bracket and had to go back the same day, when the lady worked on it, she was trying so hard to get me out of there as quickly as possible. She didn't even do a good job of putting it on. I still am going there but come on people, be more careful while working on your patients teeth..
