First time patient, they were able to get me in asap for a tooth ache. I saw Dr. Higginbothom and she was amazing. Great manners! Super funny and honestly one of the best people I ever met. Her assistant (I forgot her name) was amazing as well. Her dental assistant has worked with her for 14 years. Her loyalty towards the provider should tell you a lot about how they treat their patients.

This was my first visit to this dental office, and it exceeded my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and made me feel completely at ease. A special shout-out to Dr. O’Brian for being thorough, professional, and taking the time to explain everything clearly. I also want to recognize Maddie, the hygienist—she was gentle, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience comfortable. Dr. O’Brian and all the techs @ BFD are so nice and extremely professional! I felt like more than a patient, they genuinely care about doing whatever it takes to provide the very best outcomes for their guests.
