My daughter & I loved this place. The appointment was so informative. My daughter loved Autum & said "can we have her on our next appointment" The facility is nice & clean. They offered us drinks. Everyone was so nice & professional especially the awesome lady Autum. The dentist even wiggled out a tooth thats been bothering her. Would definitely recommend this place for all kids!

I’m very happy with my experience here. From the front desk to the orthodontist, everyone was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Mimi took the time to explain my treatment plan and answered all my questions. She was such a great help when I needed any questions answered. The office is clean, organized, and appointments were always efficient. I’m extremely pleased with my results.

Such friendly people! They do a thorough analysis before suggesting treatment options and they worked with me based on my needs and came up with a plan. You can tell they really care about the people they work with. I had Autum and she was amazing! They also let you take home some fun pictures of your mouth and X-rays!

As a person that is anxious about people touching my teeth, this place has been exceptional. Whenever I have concerns they are quick to find solutions. Originally, I never thought I'd be in adult braces ( I'm 27) but after I saw my dentist, I was informed my bite was shifting over, open bite and crowding, I had to do something. And it possibly what was causing my TMJ symptoms. I reached out to Trimmel and Anders online. Made my appointment. I went to the Derby location for my consultation although I do currently go to the east location. I was sweating bullets lol. I met my ortho Dr. Nguyen and he is a wonderful doctor. Kind, calm and precise. Really takes the time to talk to you. The staff is amazing too. I have to say oddly, I was comfortable, which is not my nature lol. The process was easy and no pressure. They explained the treatment plan and why which is very important to me because I'm a big planner. I went home with a full packet of xrays and documentation of my lay out and structure issues (jumpscare tbh lol) I couldn't recommend this office more. Which matter of fact, I actually have! My partner and bestfriend now see Dr. Nguyen too! We are all having the adult braces journey together 😂. But on a serious note, there's a reason why this place for four years consecutively has won the Best Orthodontist in Wichita Award. Thank you for all that you do!

I have never been disappointed with the care my children have received from here. Dr. Trimmell did my son's braces, and Dr. White is now treating my daughter. I love the aspect of being shown the process in a video, no hidden fees, and that if you have already had a child treated, the next child receives a discount. The staff welcomes you when you walk through the door and when you leave, ensuring your needs are met.
