Ofelia at the front desk is absolutely wonderful—always friendly, helpful, and making scheduling and questions easy and stress-free. Dr. Santucci is knowledgeable, patient, and truly cares about his patients. He takes the time to explain everything and makes you feel confident in the treatment plan. Every single member of his staff is fantastic—welcoming, attentive, and great with both kids and parents. You can tell this office works as a team and genuinely cares about the people they serve. We have had the best experience at Santucci. We had to continue treatment from a different doctor after a move and they worked with us on the treatment that was already provided. We are now on phase 2 and it has been a seamless experience. Ofelia has been amazing at walking me through the payment process and contracts. We currently have 4 patients here in the family and have always had equally fantastic service. They are out of network for our insurance but the quality of service outweighs the delay in insurance.

Today I had Hayley as my tech and she was super sweet and kind. All the workers there have been amazing so far! So thankful I came here to get my braces!
