My husband and I had a consultation for 2 of our teenagers. 1 who was very apprehensive and the other very excited and ready to go. While entering the office we were greeted with a very friendly smile and warm welcoming. When called back for the consultation, we were immediately welcomed with such great high lifted spirited ladies who made the visit very exciting and easy to understand. They answered all our questions and even made my nervous child relaxed and had him open up. They took the time to get to know us and their goals and also encouraged them. Dr. Timmell was also very helpful and such a pleasure to meet. Easy going and friendly. We felt so at home. My children ended up starting their treatment that day and even the assistants were great, very educational and professional. I highly recommend this orthodontic office! They are amazing!!!

We’ve always had a great experience. This is kid #2 in braces. We had Esperanza this time and she was the sweetest dental associate we’ve encountered there. She explained everything thoroughly and you could just see she had a very genuine heart. Yesenia in billing was so helpful and I loved working with her on insurance- she made everything so smooth and was very friendly. These 2 ladies at the west location made it the best experience we’ve had here.

I really loved the customer service during my consultation…they made me feel completely comfortable when it came down to the breakdown on what I need for my treatment! Overall, I am satisfied with what I learned that I needed to further my treatment with my braces.

Overall Trimmell has been great to work with. Really have no complaints. The only thing is almost every time my kid goes into the office he ends up sick a few days later. Not sure if it is just a coincidence or not.

Love love love this orthodontist! The doctors are so nice and courteous to my children and me, and the staff is so professionally friendly with each other and all of their patients. Very clean, pleasant atmosphere😀😀
