I have been seeing Dr Ratzlaff since my daughter was 5. So about 8 years. And she finished her 2nd round of braces in 2025. Now my other daughter is starting her first round of braces this year with him. We love him and his staff is wonderful!!! They have affordable payment plans/pricing and are ALWAYS professional and kind.

Staff here is very friendly. I enjoy bringing my children here, the atmosphere is very light, airy and relaxing. The have coffee and tea available. I would very much recommend Dr Ratzlaff for your orthodontic needs.

After spending thousands of dollars on braces in 2001, my retainers broke in late 2023. So I called this office to order a replacement and they said I'd have to start from scratch, that my previous records were useless. Not a company I'd do business with again.
