My 13 year was referred to see an Orthodontist by our family dentist and we are so happy with our choice to go with Hansen Orthodontics. From the start of the appointment to the end all the staff we interacted with was very friendly and knowledgeable! A special thank you to Nikki for taking the extra time to find appointment times that work with our school and work schedules in August. My son can't wait to have his new smile!

When you give the accountant enough time to update your bank information for payment. They still want to take the payment both from the new account and old account. The old account will go negative, unless you pay the stop payment fee. Trying to get my stop payment fee refunded back to me from this place is now taking more than a week and counting.... no return phone call, had to go in person to talk to the accountant and she said she can't get a hold of her manager... but she said she would give me a call yesterday and she did not. @ Hansen Owner - I provided your staff proof of what they need to get this resolved. Nothing to do with what you are saying. It is simple, please refund me back the stop payment fee per your staff mistakes. Thank you.

Hansen Orthodontics is the best! The staff is very friendly, welcoming and provides excellent care. Dr Hansen is fantastic and provides excellent care, knowledge and insight. They have been absolutely wonderful with my daughter Maddie's ortho plan and in helping prepare her for her upcoming surgery!

Hansen Orthodontics has been absolutely wonderful for our family! We have three kids in braces at the same time, and they’ve made the whole process feel easy and manageable from start to finish. Dr. Hansen is excellent—professional, thorough, and so great at explaining the treatment plan in a way both parents and kids understand. Every appointment has been on time, efficient, and friendly. And I have to give a special shoutout to Nikki McKee—she has been amazing to work with, always kind, helpful, and quick to answer questions. We’ve had such a positive experience and we’re so glad we chose Hansen Orthodontics. Highly recommend!
