I am extremely pleased with my experience at Hansen Orthodontics. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, kind, and professional. I highly recommend Hansen Orthodontics - Buffalo! From the very first visit, the entire team has been friendly, professional, and welcoming. They always make me feel comfortable and take the time to explain everything clearly. Getting braces can be a big adjustment, but the staff has made the process easy and positive. They genuinely care about their patients and always make sure I’m doing well at each appointment. The office is clean, organized, and appointments are quick and efficient. We love this place!! Both kids had full orthodonture completed with beautiful results!! The staff are always friendly, smiling and super professional. I love the efficiency, family feeling, and the advanced tech. Their infection control procedures are top notch! I can’t think of a single bad experience in all the time we’ve been there!
