Where do I begin. Parents who have children who need braces to correct dental problems, this is the place to call. Don't even bother calling any where else. They schedule you in quickly. They took X-rays our first consult visit. Didn't charge us for first visit either. The young ladies are so nice, pleasant and professional. They help make the young patients feel good. They processed our insurance quickly. (Some places don't take All insurance. They took ours!! 😉) We are getting bonded (braces put on) today. I found them online. I was impressed with them over the phone and I'm not easily swayed. Lindsey did an amazing job with our bonding. Our orthodontist checked her work. I can't say enough positive praises for this office. Oh, when you call and decide to get your services here, please give them my granddaughter name so she can get the points for referrals 😄😉. You will be so, so glad you found this place oh and they have multiple locations. Send you text message appointment reminders. We are happy. Can you tell. Will update in a month or so. Take care 😁

Great experience from day one. The front desk staff is always friendly, helpful, and well organized, which makes check-ins smooth and easy. The doctors and assistants are also very professional, patient, and thorough… they explain everything clearly and make you feel comfortable throughout the process. Overall, an excellent team and a welcoming environment. Highly recommend!

The staff at the Emerson Way location in Indianapolis, IN are quick, efficient, effective, and super helpful and sweet. They worked with my insurance to get my daughters braces covered 100%. They got her in, to install her braces, the same week of the prior authorization approval. I recommend Orthodontic Experts 100%. I'm confident that the duration of her treatment will be a positive experience as well.
