Absolutely amazing just based on my first appointment. The doctor is so transparent and informative. The girls are so helpful and explain things clearly. He’s magic & made me not even worry about my surgery! Did I mention they offer sedation and accept my state insurance? The ONLY office in Rockford, IL who offers that. I’m so grateful to of found this office!! 10000/10 recommend !!!

The follow up visit and care provided was a peasant and respectful encounter since arrival to the end of it. Dr Hansen and his staff were very professional and friendly. The assessment and the service provided were clearly explained. I strongly recommend Dr Hansen as an outstanding and caring provided as well as his staff!

I've known hanson since he was on college Ave when I was a little girl,then I went to him about 7-8 years ago because I broke my front tooth with a bottle had like a gap going on he did a good job.but I went back the 8 years later to get a molar and two teeth tooken out I was in pain for awhile and also for him to fix my front tooth again because it was like wearing off.they did one to many things my insurance didn't cover.but I had to be sedated to do my molar and two teeth. To be done and I had to have an adult with me which was my 20 year old son. When did a couple of things without my consent. And when I got home he did not fix my front tooth he did only half of it which the other half is the part that I needed to really be done and now I have a hole in the back of my tooth. They wanted me to come back so he can sedate me again to fill some cavities and they wanted to do a bunch of other things that I did not want to do. I didn't feel the need to be sedated. They told me they would give me a call back and they never did and they told me I would have to pay a $500 copay to come back to get something done I hope he did not get paid for the other half of my mouth that he never even did. I'm going to call my insurance and figure out what he did and what he got paid for.. all I needed on my right side was my front tooth to be fixed and now it's probably going to break I already have a hole like I said. And he promised me he would do that the first time. I think it's ridiculous I have to pay $500 copay for something he didn't even finish..not fair he's not the the same Hanson I knew.ive never heard of a 500$ copay when I'm on public aid insurance..anyway I feel it's all about the money now.i will find out! cause I'm not happy with him not doing what he said but all what he wants to do.

ok i honestly don’t remember much because i was very sedated BUT i will say this was the best expierence ive had at any dentist! i typically have severe panic attacks when it comes to dental work due to a bad experience when i was younger, so when i found out dental designers took my insurance AND was willing to do the work under sedation- i was ecstatic! they were able to remove my broken tooth that was causing me severe pain AND all 4 of my wisdom teeth that were impacted. im honestly not in much pain either, just a little sore where they had to do stitches on the left side. i traveled here from Bloomington- and even tho it’s about a 2 hour drive- i will be back here from now on! they made me feel so comfortable. thank you so much Dr Hanson & techs!!

I have been taking my kids to Dr. Hansen for the past 8 yrs. Dr. Hansen is always a pleasure to be around and does great work. His staff is also so kind. It is always a great experience every time we go in to his office.
