I am so happy I found dental designers. Their operation hours are great since I don't get off work until 5 pm and most dentist are already closed by then. I started bringing my 6 year old for fillings and the Dr. Hansen is so great with kids makes her feel comfortable. During her fillings my daughter ended up falling asleep and even caught her snoring lol. No sedation needed. Now my daughter is no longer scared of dentists thanks to Dr. Hansen. I strongly recommend him.

My family an I have been patients of Dr. Hansen for 12 years at Dental Designers. Him and his staff are amazing. He is so fabulous with my Kids. Hats off to him I would recommend him to everyone I have referred friends and family to him. He is very good at what he does. They really know how to make you comfortable with seeing the dentist.

I absolutely loved my experience at Dental Designers of Rockford. I truly appreciate that it’s a one-stop shop. I was specifically looking for a provider who could handle both my routine oral care and oral surgery without needing a referral, and they exceeded my expectations. There are so many positive things I could say about Dr. Hansen and his team. From the moment I made my initial inquiry, everyone was polite, professional, and thorough. I especially appreciated that they immediately asked about my insurance upfront.It made the process transparent and helped me understand right away whether I was in-network. Another highlight was how quickly I was able to be seen. I had an appointment within a week, and from there, my surgery was scheduled promptly. But what stood out the most to me was the genuine level of patient care. I have a few health concerns that could potentially impact IV sedation, and the team went above and beyond by contacting my doctors to ensure it was safe for me. That meant everything to me. It reassured me that I wasn’t just another patient. They truly prioritize your well-being. The day of my surgery was incredibly smooth and peaceful. I arrived early, and they were already prepared for me. Once I got into the room, everything was set up and the team was ready. All I remember is saying hello… and then I was waking up. Everything was handled so seamlessly. Overall, this was an exceptional experience, and I would highly recommend Dental Designers of Rockford to anyone looking for comprehensive, compassionate, and high-quality dental care.

Dr. Hansen is awesome!!! I haven’t smiled in almost 3 years and today I can because of him. His team is also amazing!! They checked in on me after surgery and the front desk girl is always smiling 😊

I’ve been here a couple of times and no problems, the last appointment I was supposed to have to get my tooth fixed, they scheduled me for their latest appointment (6 pm) they OFFERED that time to me. The day of my appointment, I was HARASSED by the front desk staff via calls and MULTIPLE text messages asking if I could come in earlier. I stated that I lived 45 min away and was at work, so no I could only keep my original time. The girl said, great see you at 6! I get another text to reschedule. At this point, I called to see if there was a problem with my original time and was met with the NASTIEST attitude from the front desk staff who told me “well if you come at 6, nobody will be here so idk” I told them that they had offered this time to me and that I needed my tooth fixed before my orthodontic appt the next day. The girl at the desk said ok let me talk to the doc and call you back. I never got a call back. I went ahead and went to my appt at scheduled time only to find out they canceled it without telling me. Days later I talked to the “manager” who didn’t have an explanation and said she would give me a call back. It’s been days, no apology, no call back nothing. Very unprofessional and their attitude SUCKS.
