After searching for a new dentist for a while I’ve finally found a place that has met my expectations. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. My first cleaning here was one of the best cleanings I’ve ever experienced. The staff is very thorough and they explain everything they’re doing. Dr.Gomez herself is one of the best dentists I’ve had. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and wants to provide the best treatment possible. I’m very pleased with my recent visits :)
today, I got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. it was my first ever surgery, so I was very nervous. but Rudy and Rafael did an amazing job at making me feel more comfortable, they walked me through everything that would happen and treated me with care. they were concerned about me feeling uncomfortable with the noise next door, but I didnt mind. but the fact that they expressed such concern shows that they truly do care. they gave me plenty of reassurance and I wasn't nearly as scared as I thought I would be because of it. my surgeon was Dr. Appia, and he did an excellent job too at making me feel comfortable. he was very friendly and when I came out the surgery, I felt absolutely fine like nothing happened. even while writing this it is 7 pm, I got my surgery at 10 am and my pain is VERY minimal (on a pain scale, id give a 2/10, and even that feels like overestimating!) I cannot thank them all enough for the wonderful job that they did for being so professional, friendly, and efficient. thanks to them I had a well done surgery and what seems to be a smooth recovery so far. thank you guys so much!
Patient here since subsequent to COVID. Currently patient of Dr. Samson and Dr. Appiah. Two lower molars removed and while in the interim went to work searching online for what I should not have for my aging diet to prevent tooth decay. Out went food products processed with sugars intended to addict all of us for their profits and at the same time lower excessive salt. Now, no more sugar in my cupboards but very fine salt only. I searched at Woodman's for my recovery and decay prevention convenience such as Post Spoon Size shredded wheat with no sugar and very low sodium. My personal choice of dairy for the Post is Sassy Cow Cremery, Wisconsin, Reduced Fat Milk (blue label). A snack choice is Ritz "hint of salt" crackers with a thin slice of Sargento Baby Swiss sliced cheese. No jellies, jams or honey. Very few but small bananas. Westminster Baker Co. Mini Saltine Crackers only 4% salt for my homemade soups. Smart Balance Low Sodium instead of butter. No hard to bite foods like nuts. No ice creams. Large green grapes okay. Lean ground beef browned in electric skillet and chopped up for my soup with low salt or salt free tomato sauce frozen vegetables and no salt canned Kuner's Pinto Beans. Only thin slices of medium rare beef of choice. Now for my favorite found at Woodman's in the bakery section. Superior On Main, MADELEINES little French cakes, with low sugar and low salt. NONE OF THESE BOTHER MY GUMS BEFORE OR AFTER DENTAL TOOTH REMOVALS. Ask Margarita if my choices are a big improvement for my aging dental care. I'll be back because at 79 I have more dental care to take care of. Oh, almost forgot, Sensodyne Pronamel (clinical - enamel strength) with whiting action suits me well.
I recently had a wisdom tooth extraction and Dr J Appiah was professional and efficient, I was in and out in no time. The staff is very helpful and friendly also want to mention Margarita who set up my appointment with so much care and kindness. Definitely recommend Rockford Dental Care.
The appointment from checking in to my teeth cleaning procedure was very pleasant. The hygienist and dentist were very informative, professional and pleasant. I do recommend Rockford Dental Care being a continuous patient.
