My daughter went here for braces. The doctors and staff were great. However, the billing and insurance side of it is horrible. I've been going back and forth with them for almost a year trying to get my bill figured out since my insurance changed the first of the year and they failed to submit claims to my new insurance because they assumed my new insurance wouldn't take over coverage, even though they do. So they made me pay a $1000 bill (even though we had paid our portion in full up front) or they were going to send it to collections and now I've been fighting for them to submit the claims so I can get reimbursed and I'll just say not all of the people that I've dealt with have been very nice. I don't know how many times I've been told someone will look into it and get back to me and I hear absolutely nothing! Beware! Update: After a lot of calling and me having to do the leg work I was finally reimbursed only to get sent ANOTHER bill about 3 months later for $400 because they claim they reimbursed me too much! The only answer I keep getting from the billing department is "the account has been audited." So I decided to do what was told to me in response to my review and call the office and talk to the office manager. Well after 4 phone calls and messages left not one single call has been returned!!!!! Nice way of doing business! How about first telling the customer what the actual issue is to begin with (they were waiting on payment from my original insurance co), second not assuming a new insurance won't cover anything, third auditing accounts prior to sending refunds, and most importantly returning phone calls!

Love my dentist and his assistant, so kind and gentle. They never mind my questions!! Highly recommend!!

The staff and doctors are very professional and competent. I have been here for years. The admin staff and receptionists are also great. And Jesse James, the receptionist and assistant was excellent. He helped me fill out all my forms.

Surgeon is only there 2 days out of the month. Not very convenient for patients. Surgeon only takes afternoon consults. Again not very convenient for patients. So if you're single, no kids, and a flexible job. This place is for you. But you have a life. Work multiple jobs and in school and have kids. This place isn't for you.
