We absolutely love Chen Orthodontists ♥️ they made my son so comfortable and at ease while going through this process! They straightened his teeth out so he has a beautiful smile! Janette was always so kind and welcoming! Highly recommended!

Dr. Cheng came highly recommended by my Uncle, a retired endodontist. He is the best orthodontist in Rockford. He corrected three years of damage some private equity owned general dentist did to my teeth with Invisalign. He is a true technician, striving for perfection. He is also very pleasant with his manners. Nice guy! His whole staff is excellent, particularly Gi Gi.

I love Cheng’s office. Dr. Cheng is the sweetest and makes my kiddo feel so comfortable. Janette at the front has always been helpful. She’s helped us get our daughter in for an urgent appointment to fix her braces. Always so easy to work with. Jayla we have had several times and she is calm with my daughter who can sometimes be stubborn. Everyone that I have worked with has been so amazing. I also love the way they run their business. It is a well oiled machine and you can tell the staff is appreciated by Dr. Cheng.
