Both of our kids have had great experiences with Dr. Sexson and his staff. Appreciate the friendliness and comfort they exert while in their office. Highly recommended for any orthodontic work needed for the family.

Do NOT GO HERE! 🤢 We have been going here for over a year, in the process of switching to a new orthodontist.... The staff doesn't seem to know what they are doing at the front desk and are rude and aggressive at every appointment. Not only am I ambushed by emotionally unintelligent front desk staff when I walk in but half of my son's appointments have been cancelled last minute, which is a big inconvenience for me as I'm a single parent and work full time. When I have spoken to Dr. Sexson regarding the abusive and embarrassing way I have been spoken to by his staff along with the serious inconvenience he puts on our family when these appointments are cancelled upon arrival, he dismissed it. He has absolutely no accountability for his staff or his entire office. After our arrival at the last visit, the front desk staff very loudly announced "WELL HE CANT HAVE THE APPOINTMENT BECAUSE YOU HAVENT PAID SO WE ARE CANCELLING!" in front of the entire waiting room lobby, I was confused because as far as I knew, the account was paid off. (I have a signed contract with them stating this that I provided as well) When I expressed that I was unaware of any debt and suggested that a courtesy call would have been appropriate—especially since I had to take time off work and rearrange my professional schedule to be there—Carmen responded by shouting that she is not required to call patients to inform them of money owed. She remained uncompromising and allowed her emotions to dictate the exchange, which left me feeling incredibly embarrassed in a public professional setting. Dr. Sexson allows these staff member to humiliate and shame his patients. Do NOT GO HERE! 🤢

Dr. Sexon and the staff are all kind and professional. My daughter and I always felt comfortable and welcome. Her smile looks beautiful. Her only feedback is to bring back the velcro monkeys from the old Roscoe office 😆

Sexton Orthodontics is great! They discuss everything with you and gave me the options for some steps of the treatment! I would highly recommend this orthodontics establishment!

Dr. Sexson and his staff were amazing! As an adult getting braces they made everything so comfortable and easy. The before and after is incredible! I am so in love with my new smile thanks to them. I highly recommend him! Plus Dr. Sexson is a funny guy which made me look forward to every visit!
