Benassi Family Dentistry

I recently moved to the Rockford area and had not found a dentist. An emergency tooth ache forced me to do so. I chose Benassi Denistry based on over 300 5 star reviews and they lived up to those 5 stars. From my initial call and getting me in the same day, to Dr. Newcomer's thorough exam and the care and concern she showed, I know I'm in good hands going forward. Her dental assistant, as well as all other staff members I encountered were accommodating and friendly. I am thankful I found this practice.

This office is absolutely amazing! Before coming to Benassi Family Dentistry I did not make my dental appointments a priority due to previous bad experiences. Everyone in the office is so welcoming from the front desk, to the hygienist, Dr. Newcomer and Dr. Benassi... and of course Flossi!!! I always feel like my care is well explained and have never felt rushed! You can feel that this team truly cares about you when you come into their office. I make sure I go every 6 months for my cleanings, plus for my aligners to staighten my teeth - which I really appreciate I can have done in the same office- because they make me feel so comfortable and welcome! Dr. Newcomer and the dental hygienist were so wonderful with my 3 year old. They are patient and explain everything they are doing in age appropriate language and fun voices! My son was able to sit through a cleaning and exam because he felt comfortable in their char. Oh, and he also loves that there is a dog in the office!

The Benassi Family dentistry is a great place to go for your dental needs. The service was great and the atmosphere was calm. Dr. Benassi did a thorough check of my teeth and was very informative and explained the X-rays they took to the dot. I loved the fact that at Benassi Dentistry they explain everything and let you know exactly what is wrong. Then give you the space to decide if you want to go ahead with the procedures. No pressure or obligation to continue, just great service. ~~Jose

We adore the Staff!! My 7 y.o. literally sprinted to go with hygienist for his cleaning, talks about how gentle they are when working on his teeth, and doesn't stress about visits. He was very excited to get a birthday greeting from them as well!! I appreciate their patience, exceptional care of my son. The willingness to discuss options with us regarding his oral care & go a step beyond with suggestions is fantastic. Highly recommend!!

I started seeing Dr Benassi 2 years ago when I moved to Rockford and have been most pleased with his dental practice. He is kind, gentle, efficient and does good work. His staff is also great, explain things well and make sure you are comfortable.
