I can’t say enough good things about our experience at Benassi Family Dentistry. I’ve been coming here for 13 years, working with Dr. Benassi, who is amazing and has done so much for me. Today, Dr Newcomer took care of my cleaning, she was incredibly detailed, gentle, and attentive. Melissa the hygienist, cleaned my child’s teeth and was absolutely wonderful as usual. She is always so sweet, patient, and very professional. I needed guidance regarding my child’s dental issue and Dr. Newcomer made me feel fully heard and supported. She answered all my questions patiently and offered a solution that reassured me completely. It’s rare to find a team that makes both you and your child feel truly cared for. The entire team at Benassi Dentistry is amazing! Always leaving us with clean teeth and bright, happy smiles.

I have a great hygienist, she always makes sure I am comfortable, cleanings are thoroughly completed and pain free! Dr. Benassi is the best dentist I have ever seen! Exams and fillings are pain free. Front office staff are friendly and helpful the moment you walk in the door! I love Flossi, she is an adorable part of Team Benassi!! Thank you for taking care of me!

absolutely love this dental office team! My hygienist is exceptional — incredibly professional while also being warm, down-to-earth, and so easy to talk to. She makes every visit comfortable and stress-free. I also completely trust Dr. Benassi. He is professional, honest, and always takes the time to explain things clearly without ever making me feel rushed. It’s such a relief to know I’m receiving thoughtful and high-quality care. And I can’t forget Flossy, the comfort( therapy) dog such a special touch! I genuinely look forward to seeing her when I come in. I have anxiety towards a dentist! I did some research over a few weeks looking for a dentist that has inhalation of nitrous oxide. I found Dr Benassi Family Dentistry website during my research. At the time, I did not see they offered nitrous oxide at the Winnebago office. I did not know there was one in Rockford. I spoke with a co-worker and she told me her husband goes to this dentist. I got home and realized that was the dentist i found through my research. My first visit was amazing, after I took a deep inhale of the nitrous oxide, they could have pulled all my teeth!! Kidding. I was totally relaxed. Great hospitality, just an amazing, fun staff. Music is playing in background and the staff may sing or hum along. I wished I have found them years ago! I hope this helps someone that don’t like dentist, just pay a little extra and get the nitrous oxide.

Everyone at Benassi Dental is knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. Happy they have an office close to my home. Melissa is the best hygienist, very personable, and gentle. No long wait times, respectful of their patients.
