Winsmile Orthodontics led by Dr. Xin Wang — breach of contract, unprofessional conduct, possible HIPAA violations. Breach of contract and overcharging. Paid more than agreed upon and was denied retainers included in the signed contract. Staff repeatedly discussed patient information aloud and treated patients disrespectfully. I have the contract and receipts. If you or someone you know is in a similar situation, consider these steps: 1. Dispute charges with your bank. 2. Report a HIPAA/privacy complaint. 3. File a complaint with your state dental board and proceed with caution. ----You can also: 4. Contact your medical insurer and ask about disputing the charges or requesting a refund. Dr. Wang's practice operates with very limited staff. I am unsure whether all clinical staff are properly licensed; please verify licensure and compliance with state requirements.

This is the best place. My teeth look so good and after having them for 2 year i have got them of.They do a really good job loved it.

Terrible experience at this orthodontist, always yelling, screaming at each other! brackets would fall out of my mouth not even 2 days without passing. It’s unexpectable had to pay every time a bracket was broken I followed the instructions on what to eat and what to not eat and yet they would not last on for long.. never ever again will I be stepping in that place again!!

This place is great if you need braces. The people are very nice and very good with their work. EDIT: My sister went here for braces after me and the dentist was rude af. Didn't even let me talk. Would not recommend if you are looking for good service, but the receptionist was nice. Love her!

I was told I’d wear braces for 2 years but because of their amazing work I was able to get them off 4 months ahead of schedule! Staff is very nice and explain the process completely.
