1st Family Dental of Fox Valley

Love this place! Everyone is so friendly and kind. Went in for a cleaning was greeted right away and taken for my appointment I didn’t even have to wait. Once the hygienist was done the doctor came in did a thorough examination and I was done. Checking out was also a breeze the front desk ladies assisted me with making my follow up appointments! I love it they always have a welcoming and beautiful smile on their faces.

I’ve been bringing my son to 1st Family Dental for more than five years now and I am now also bringing my three year-old, we have always been happy with the service and the work they do. The staff is very friendly. We have also had orthodontist work done, and it was an amazing result fixed my son‘s underbite and every visit was just really great. We also really like our dentist, Mike, he is super nice really amazing at what he does and is always super friendly and gets along really well with my kids, He makes him feel really comfortable and calm, just got two fillings for a cavity on my oldest son and we were out of there in less than 20 minutes. They are just great. I’m very loyal to them and really happy with all the work they’ve done for my kids.

I'm very happy with 1st Family Dental. My hygienist, Natasha, called me in right on time. She is sweet, efficient professional and does a great job. The best part is, she's been there a while. There was a time when they couldn't keep good help. Dr. Mike is great. I love a doctor who believes "if it ain't broke, don't fix it".

I came in with an abcess that was eating away at my jaw bone and Dr. Fakhouri took amazing care of me. Unlike many dentist's he made it a point to make me feel comfortable. Before this experience I've never been here but I plan on making this my primary dentist. He and all the receptionists were very kind and make you feel like the genuinely care.

I highly recommend 1st Family Dental! My son needed lots of work done after his braces came off. After doing a routine cleaning, Dr. Fakhouri came out to talk to me about his teeth and how some were in bad shape. He said he really wants to help my son out. He put me at ease and assured he can restore them. After two appointments of fillings and restoration, the teeth look amazing and according to my son..feel great! Thank you Dr. Fakhouri!
