I’m starting my orthodontic treatment here, and I will say. I highly recommended this place for anyone wanting to start their orthodontic journey. Dr. Dale and Becky were incredible. They made me feel comfortable in starting my orthodontic treatment, which for a long time I was always afraid of. I appreciate Dr. Dale explaining everything without making it complicated. His care that he demonstrates for every single of his patient, makes me trust this office with my teeth. Overall, a very positive experience and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for caring and professional orthodontic guidance. I’m excited to start my orthodontic journey in this office, I know I will be in good hands :)

We are beyond thrilled finishing this office! My 6 year old son has dental anxiety and was able to successfully get a cavity fixed with the typical gas and lidocaine topical. The other 2 offices we interviewed wanted to put him under general anesthesia! Dr. Bindi and her hygienist exceeded both of our expectations and we are thrilled to have found this office. All of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable!

This office is the real deal! Incredible experience from the front desk, to the providers, to the treatment, and even billing. I took my 15-month old daughter for a lip tie consultation/procedure with Dr. Justin. He and his specialists (shoutout to Carol and Gerardo!) had an incredible way with my fussy daughter. We went through with the procedure on 12/17/25 and followed all post care instructions. It's been one month since the procedure and our daughter has undergone a radical transformation. She now sleeps through the night for the first time in her life, and went from speaking one word to full on babbling. Her smile is also markedly different - you can now see her top teeth when she grins. Overall, you can just tell she has more muscle movement in her upper lip and whatever discomfort she was experiencing is completely gone. We are so thankful to Dr. Justin and his team for changing our lives. To all parents: even though the post procedure instructions are a bit daunting - it is 100% worth it for all of the strides your child will make.

Dr. Bindi and the staff are so amazing! My boys love going because of how great they take care of the kids. They are so gentle and caring, even when they pull a few loose teeth, which makes any parent happy.

Pediatric orthodontics can be hard to navigate, but Chicago Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics makes it all so easy. My initial call with Natalia at the front desk was wonderful. She explained their no-pressure orthodontic consultation and found an appointment time that worked great for my family and I. Natalia and the entire front office (special shout-out to Melissa too!) have always been kind and helpful. We had a great consult with Dr. Dale. He was so thorough in his exam and recommendations, with a warmth that we had never experienced before. We are so grateful, as our daughter (and we, her parents) were instantly put at ease. We immediately wanted to become his patients and plan to be for many, many years! Becky assisted us regarding orthodontic cost and payment options. She is SPECTACULAR. There was never any pressure to proceed, and she and the team made sure that everything was explained in full detail so we knew what to expect at all times. Above and beyond! That is what Chicago Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics is. Our daughter was actually excited and still is to have braces on her teeth. We are in awe.
