1st visit and my smile looks better already. It’s a temporary cap, but my smile is permanent. The staff were friendly and professional. They were also very patient while we waited for the last dentist I’ve visited to email over my x-rays after several request. The The dentist herself was very gentle. I am glad I found her.

I came in hoping for an initial consultation and discussion with a dentist. Before even being allowed to speak to a dentist, I was told I had to take X-rays first. I politely asked whether I could have a brief discussion with the dentist beforehand to understand the approach and explain my concerns. The response I received was dismissive and unprofessional. I was told that “clients don’t dictate the rules”, and the tone used was frankly rude. That attitude alone was enough for me to decide to leave — trust and basic respect are essential in healthcare. In hindsight, there were already warning signs. The chairs and some of the materials in the treatment area were visibly yellowed and worn, which raised questions about overall quality and standards. I should have taken that as an early indication of the level of service. I understand that X-rays are often part of dental care, but forcing them before any conversation, combined with poor communication and attitude, is not acceptable. A simple, respectful discussion would have gone a long way. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.

This DentalWorks location was arguably the best experience I’ve ever had at the dentist. I had not been to the dentist in over 2 years, so I was quite nervous. However, all of the staff that I interacted with there were very accommodating and enjoyable to talk to! Delana did a wonderful job with my cleaning and my teeth feel brand new, Dr. Drain was very nice and patient with me while I was struggling with the fillings, and Verina was very friendly and helpful with getting me checked in and setting up my next appointment. I would highly recommend the service here to anyone!

SCAMMERS!!! I went here for a regular teeth cleaning and left with them telling me I had FOUR cavities that needed to be treated. I’m someone who takes oral care very seriously so that felt off to me. They also told me I needed to do a gum scraping that cost 200+ dollars and of course was not covered by insurance, or else I would have major issues moving forward. I went to get a second opinion and was told I had ZERO cavities and great oral health. They will scam you into dental work to get paid. Avoid this place!!!

Instead of going to this corporate dentist office, find a private practice that handles billing in-house. I promise you, I saw the other reviews and thought "that wouldn't happen to me". It did. While signing up for an appointment here was initially easy and quick, this place has caused a great deal of stress and time wasted with their unorganized billing. I tried contacting DentalWorks multiple times, multiple ways, regarding billing. Here is a full breakdown: 1. The office's estimate of benefits was wildly incorrect, which lead to a bill surprisingly higher than expected. A procedure I was told was for sure covered due to my "really good insurance" - as said by the staff - wasn't included in my benefits at all. 2. The office did not submit the proper documentation to my insurance, leading to another procedure being denied for not being medically necessary. I tried asking to get those documents submitted for appeal and I haven't got a response back. 3. The mailed bills never arrived, the only time I was informed about it was when the payment was already 60 days late. 4. I tried contacting the office about the bills not arriving the staff had no idea who handles the billing, any information on who to contact, and no idea on the next steps for my questions. 5. When trying to ask questions, I was told rudely to "I mean you'll have to pay the bill anyway, so it might be easier if you just pay now". When I pushed that I wanted to speak with someone about billing, I was told multiple times "We'll call you back with someone who can help". I have not received any calls back.
