I would not recommend this place. I'm a professional the works in the area and my experience here was surprisingly unattentive yet long. Every visit was longer than an hour. The cleanliness of this place appears to be 'from the 90's' and Frankly, I don't know if they know how to charge insurance here. I feel i was fast talked into a $2,000 bill out of pocket, when i checked with my insurance, it covered my visit. So why am I double charged and out $2000. No delivery of my trays, No followup calls, No ability to get an emergency appointment if your crown falls out. Overall terrible practice. I value time, efficiency, goodwork and knowledgeable staff. This place has 0 of that. I am out $2000 with no improved mouth health. I DONT Recommend this place.

Colleen was friendly and super knowledgeable about the best / top line dental care products , proper order of the teeth brushing / Flossing (I had it wrong lol) and recommendations for specific dental issues (when to consider Invisiline, gingivitis care, etc). Will definitely be back for my yearly cleaning and other future dental needs !

The dental hygienist, Colleen, did an incredible job cleaning my teeth and gums. I had not have my teeth cleaned in a year and a half due to my job. I knew that my teeth and gums were bad despite brushing and flossing. Colleen may a strong effort to do a deep clean my teeth and in the end my mouth felt cleaned and refreshed. She also convinced me to get an electric tooth brush and water pick. I know the mouth is important to health and longevity in life. So please visit DentalWorks in Chicago for your dental care.

I’ve been coming here for 7 months now, doing 6 teeth total from simple cavity, to root canals and wisdom tooth extraction. I was fortunate enough to have Dr Drain and her assistant Shamara. They both made every visit easy every appointment. I would recommend 10/10
