I always have a great experience at Chicago Dental Boutique. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Atassi is really nice. I rarely leave reviews on Google, but I was in for a routine cleaning yesterday and my dental hygienist Alex was absolutely amazing. Alex is incredibly friendly and makes you feel comfortable the moment he greets you. I can tell he loves his job by his positive attitude and attention to detail. He goes above and beyond to make sure clients feel comfortable and cared for, taking extra time to explain procedures and answer questions. His energy and attitude are unmatched. Thank you Chicago Dental Boutique for always taking such good care of me.

I have been a patient at this office since 2022 and have completed multiple procedures here, including fillings, root canals, and extractions. From a clinical standpoint, Dr. Atassi’s technical skills are solid, and I did not have concerns about the quality of the dental work itself. However, my experience with Invisalign treatment and overall professional conduct has been deeply disappointing. When I was referred for Invisalign at this office, I was charged $6,000, which is significantly higher than the market average. While pricing can vary, this already raised concerns. More seriously, I was suddenly discharged from the practice without any prior notice. I only found out on the day of my scheduled appointment to renew my retainer, when my appointment was abruptly canceled and I was told not to come in. This was the first time I was informed that I had been discharged. I was told a discharge letter would be sent to me. Five business days have now passed, and I have received nothing — no letter, no explanation, no documentation. This lack of communication and continuity of care falls far below acceptable professional and ethical standards. As a result, I am now forced to seek assistance directly from Invisalign to be re-referred to another provider just to continue basic post-treatment maintenance. This situation has caused significant emotional distress and disruption, entirely avoidable with proper notice and professionalism. I am highly skeptical that Dr. Atassi made this unethical decisioin due to non-clinical factors, since I later pursued implant treatment with a different provider due to insurance issues, rather than from him. However, PERSONAL FEELINGS SHOULD NEVER INTERFERE WITH PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES. I strongly encourage prospective patients to think carefully if you are concerned about high billing, lack of transparency, or the risk of being abruptly discharged without notice.

I was a new patient, had a routine appointment here. First of, dentist was literally 30 minutes late, I heard him speaking to another patient for half an hour while I was already in the room next door, clearly they double book and don’t respect your time! Second, as soon as he looked at my teeth he started selling me whitening treatments, veneers, some special X-rays, cleaning etc and selling hard, I felt like it was a Turkish bazaar and he was a salesman not a doctor, whether my teeth needed all of these procedures I sincerely doubt it, but he knew that’s the only way to make money of me by selling me overpriced services I don’t need. Third, he was talking over me and not listening at all, I felt like he didn’t hear and couldn’t care less what bothered me so not a doctor I will trust with my health! Fourth, they don’t take credit or debit cards, which I found very weird! And last, they claim to be open at certain hours but they don’t keep those hours, not a good look for a doctor to not be punctual! Overall, a pretty bad experience for a first time patient and won’t be coming back ever! Need to do better!

My husband and I have been clients for a year. Each time we have had a appt it was an excellent experience. Private dental practices are so much better than corporate practices. The doctor is not concerned with maximizing billings recommending expensive treatment to pump up his revenue. Instead Dr. Atassi and his hygienists focus on preventive care and education about how to avoid future dental problems. I highly recommend this private practice. Very high ethical standards. The front office is very efficient and professional yet friendly.

I thank the amazing Dr Rohi Atassi for the way he handled my problem !such professionalism.! I got the best results immediately. The pain was miraculously gone after his treatment. I cannot thank you enough Dr Atassi. God bless you
