I’ve never left a dentist office smiling. I’ve always had complications with my dental work, so going to the dentist causes a lot of anxiety for me. This experience was quite the opposite. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I felt cared for and like I was in good hands. Dr. Alex gave me one of the most comprehensive exams I’ve ever had and explained treatment plans/options very articulately. Smile Theory is an amazing practice. I'm absolutely terrified of going to the dentist and had really bad experiences in Chicago before coming to Smile Theory. Dr.Kenya and Andreas took amazing care of me. They reassured me that they would get everything taken care of and did. We even listened to some good music during my latest appointment. The front desk person made sure to keep me updated with texts before the appointments and made sure to work with my insurance so that It was affordable. Everyone is extremely friendly, welcoming and great at what they do. I will definitely be back and will recommend them to all my friends.
