I’m leaving this review because of a concerning experience during my orthodontic scan appointment. Posting from an anonymous account for privacy, but this was a real appointment at your office on 1/5/26. The reusable dental intraoral photography mirror used in my mouth appeared to have visible residue or dried marks on it, and the technician paused to inspect it before using it anyway. This raised hygiene concerns for me. The 3D scanning wand also had a strong unpleasant odor when placed in my mouth. During the scan, the technician was quite rough, repeatedly pressing and dragging the scanner against my gums. I have a small mouth, and this caused significant discomfort. The scan had to be repeated twice because areas were missed. Two days after this appointment (1/7/26), I developed gingivitis and multiple painful canker sores along my gumline, which is something I’ve never experienced before. Photos will be included below. I understand dental scans can be uncomfortable, but cleanliness and gentle technique are basic expectations. I hope this feedback helps improve patient experience and clinical procedures going forward.

I loved my experience at AllCare! I never had any trouble scheduling in my 4 years because they were there to help. Every appointment went smoothly because the right tools were there. They were always ready for me less than 10 minutes after arriving! My retainer fits perfectly with no problems too!

My 2 siblings and I have all gotten our orthodontic work done at AllCare and they did an amazing job. They do a great job of educating you about each step in the process. And let’s get straight to the point 🦷 I love my new smile
