The lady in the front with the dark brown / ligh brown highlights is very rude and unprofessional . Seems like she has something against you and don’t even know you personally and will discuss your payment details infront of everyone even after things were discussed over the phone Atleast privately but she will definitely will give you a cold reminder with attitude when you get in the office has been this way since I got my braces they need to find someone else to put professional act on because she isn’t it !

Dr. Chacon is such a sweet compassionate orthodontist and listens to you so intently and is detail oriented. My kids have an amazing experience with their braces. Dr. Patino has exceptional surgical skills and has been pivotal in maintaining my periodontal health. Staff and office is so clean and modern that I have sent friends here for treatment and they have the same experience too.

We had a very positive experience during our time with Aurora Orthodontics. We never had a bad experience at any of our appointments. The doctor and his staff were very thorough and explained everything to my daughter. She came in with teeth that I did not think could be fixed and now has a beautiful smile. We are extremely grateful.

Our daughter's situation was pretty complicated, but they helped all of us feel comfortable and trusting from the beginning and each appointment went smoothly and was handled with professionalism and care. Dr. Chacon was patient, honest, and kind and answered all of our questions thoroughly; his staff was great. We only had one procedure with Dr. Patina, and that went extremely well, too.
